Over all experience was very gud staff is very punctual, courteous and smiling.I would like to especially mention my guide cum driver Mr Dutta he is so nice and ever smiling person.Normaly hotel were good and services rendered was nice along with food.

more or less the trip was ok.

ok but they told about the home stay in rishikhola they have booked for for us but during our visit we have found another home stay and not upto the mark as their service too bad and the position of the stay is hill top. we have talked to the representative of the travel agent from their but they don't take the matter seriously and at that time they told me that they talked to their booking department and report to us but they do nothing.

service provided by this agnt is vry disappointing.they hve not covered all the areas that they hve mentioned in their packages. they hve booked the vehicles and hotel by other agnts.the agent has threaten us continuously for paymnt only but missing one by one places. at the end they hve leave us in btwn darj and kalimpng root.in spite of this type of behavior i've paid them that they have demand. i've terminate this pkgs befre cmplte this tour.i advice to other visitor fr not choosing this agnt
