Dear Jasmeet, Thanx a lot for arranging a memorial trip of Kerala.Experience was awesome & the hotels and the staff behavior was excellent throughout the trip and the most important our cab driver suku what a nice person he is. We 4 person visited the CHARDHAM from 18.05.2015 to 28.05.2015 through Yatharth Travels.Tour planned by Yatharth Travels was excellent.The Hotel booked by them were very good. The driver of Inova car Mr. Rajendra Kumar was a excellent person but the vehicle was old one, however we enjoyed the entire tour. Thanks to Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Arjun of Yatharth Travels, always responding to our phone calls/problems and also quickly solving them. In the mid of our tour, we planned to stay at Mussoorie for 2 days ,after CHARDHAM Yatra and Yatharth Travel respond to same arrange our stay at Hotel Sun's Snow. The location and ambiance of the said Hotel was also excellent . In future, if I will make any travel plan, definitely I will avail the service of Yatharth Travels.

We enjoyed our entire Kerala trip a lot. Starting from booking process everything was very smooth. We had discussed we paid for our package and were fully satisfied with your service. Arranging hotels and drivers or helicopter is fine and good . Experience with driver is not good and local site seeing never arranged as committed. Bad coordination. Travels phone is not at all reachable when needed. As these kind of darsans are early in the morning and should be in time, somebody from travels should be reachable during that time otherwise it will be a panic situation.

Overall was very good but please do not refer to anybody for hotel prince.

I would like to mention as my feedback that I was extremely satisfied with arrangements made by Yatharth Tavel. Miss. Jashmit has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, organized at the best our trip as per our requirement and in timely manner. The cab owner Mr. Manoj Yadav was also very friendly and nicely coordinated our tour, the accommodations was simply superb except Ganapati palace, Mathura where we had to gone through very bad experience related restaurant service and poor management. Rest everything was perfect. I highly recommend Yatharth to My friends and relatives Thank you and your staff.

1. Our trip was very well managed by you from start to end. 2. Hotel are very nice & comfortable except Delhi hotel as in morning there is problem of hot water. 3. Transporter & Driver was very friendly & give all supports in handling tour & luggage. Myself & my family enjoy the trip & we expect many more vacations from Yatharth Travels & Specially through Jasmeet Gill.

The experience was very good. Ms Pooja followed up till the end and even during the travel and was quite courteous.

It was bad experience as after taking the package money in advance they were not cooperative and was not able to assist properly hotel provided is shimla was below standard although they upgraded next day But with extra charge and drivers were arguing on transport agreement without reason n asking for more money to provide good service

Dear Jasmeet We have just completed the Shimla Manali trip on 16 th March 2017 . We are very satisfied with all the arrangements . The hotels were good. Staff were friendly. Properly arranged but as promised in ITINERARY One Exclusive A/c Indigo Car but we were given Indica car. There should be proper communication between transporter and travel agent. Personal followup was expected during travel days, to know hows all going on.

Service more or less Okay. Availed service from Haridwar to Haridwar.Though payment made almost a month ago details of conveyance not informed even before fifteen minutes of actual journey to be covered in eight days, causing concern and worry for the pilgrims who started journey from home at Kolkata three days ago.

Soon we booked our package on the first day the travelling agents were very good and they received us at the airport and frm there we were directed to munnar. We have a pleasant stay at ellusium resort and frm there we were directed to tekkedy on day 3 frm which our problems have started. The toilet of hotel sandra palace is so dirty and one can hardly step into that shit. the room provided also small. Whatever we did at tekkdy as apart of package is utter waste. Boating is so boaring. from there we were directed to boat house at allepy which left a terrible experience with cochroaches mosquitos dirt lizards foul smell allover. I felt like i am in hell for the complete day. Overall the choices given to me by the hello travels is so good and the transportation the vehicle provided are very good. itz completely expensive and overpriced package. With money i invested on the package i can happily visit an other asian country.

Trip was fine as the hotel which I opted was nice, but there were lot of issues made by Yatharth travels. Please work with them and change the way they work, else you are going to lose your name in India. Quite disappointed, few points to mention. * The cab provided from Manali to Shimla and local sight seeing in Shimla was such an old one. Lock, seats were all improper. * Manikaran trip was not done saying that me and my wife came late. Nobody informed us to be ready by 7 am in the morning. As usual we started by 10 am and was able to see only Kullu while travelling to Shimla. * Bus from Shimla to Delhi was so pathetic, bus was such a bad one with A/C not working properly. * None of the Yatharth travels staffs (Abhishek and Sonu) were much responsible to satisfy the customers in terms of cab arrangement and Volvo bus arrangement. * Mahesh from Yatharth travels was about to call me after 30 minutes on Sat (17 May) to resolve an issue for a stay in Manali (instead of Honeymoon special room a deluxe room was provided). But he never called, then finally I called Ashok Roy of Honeymoon Inn Delhi office and he solved the issue by providing me a special room in Shimla as requested by me. This shows how much courteous you are all towards the customers.

Accommodation was ok not so good according to the payment paid by us. We were promised three star hotels but the accommodation was done in 1 star hotel as per their service. The cordinators are unable to suggest us or advice us for proper planning of vacaation. Thanks to Mr. Arjun for helping us out .The only best part of the vacation was our driver Mr. Manoj Yadav who guided us completely about Shimla and Manali.

The Yatharth Travels had outsourced the entire tour operation at Kashmir which was most inconvenient for the tourists. Starting from the transport manager to boat house and Hotel all seasons, the tourists have to pay extra at each point. They do not try to enquire about the comfort of the tourists.

No I have no booking these agent please send another travel agents no.

Bad Experience ever

Service, cleanliness and faculties were worst. Taxi driver was a middle man to all local tourist robbers. (He prefix the rate with phony walas, guiding unnecessary for local services such as gumboots, warm cloths etc.)

it was ok other than transportation. Cab service was scattered and was not planned properly.
