very very worst experience with our indian trip. nobody is caring about the customers. simran sharma is the worst lady i had experienced. first she talks very calmly, but being made all payments, she will not care for any body. moreover whatever she promise, she will never fulfill. i am still on trip, i never had seen this type of rude sales manager simransharma.also i had gone for complain against simran to vishal, he is also of sane type. i request everybody don't go by this company package.
worse experience i have ever had. after payments their tour arrangers name vishal & kratika done pick up any calls. the hotel room showed in their mail & actually the room was huge difference. these people don't care about the customers once payment is done. bad experience with our indian tour. non co-operative staff. third grade services i have ever faced in my life.
in this package you can book better hotel than you booked hotel. please take note to before providing hotel for family do hotel investigation properly. overall trip was good but if possible it would be better. special thanks to miss. simran its really co-operate and care taking.
very pathetic . unprofessional and fraud company. they add random location s to itenieary and gv different itenieary to transporter/driver. driver demands extra money
it was great experience with ourindiantrip and specially simran ma'am.we covered almost south trip in a week. simran ma'am guided and scheduled well within our time. we got a nice cab driver,who is polite,gentle and good behaviour. all hotel rooms are not good,in 2hotel we didn't get complimentary breakfast as per package...apart of 2hotel rooms rest all services were good.

hotels were ok and taxi service was good but we were promised ac cars which we didn’t get and had to pay extra amount for ac where it was required.our indian trip needs to be more professional as they depend on other booking sites for hotel bookings..we were charged bit higher and they hide some information.
overall good. But hotel booked at Ooty i.e. La Flora Ambreley Resort, is of very low standard. No cleanliness, No room service. Geasers are not working. Rooms are not to the standard.
i had chosen the group ourindiatrip but had a very bad experience regarding their commitment and other issues. first, while at the time of the preliminary booking they had lied in respect of payment method. while finalisation, they told about the extra payment. promised about complimentary breakfast and dinner but not provided the dinner. had not given the proper communication numbers of the hotels and mine to hotels for which i had to face lot of problem in searching the hotels. bad experience.
very poor service i got. they charged the money for ac room & breakfast but i didn't get any such facility in entire trip. they charged me the extra gst now they are denying to give invoice. even they are not receiving my call. specially mr manish sharma. please don't recommend such tour agent to anybody.
Volvo of KTC ( Himalayan Nomad ) put us down at Kulu Bypass because they did not want to go to Manali. However, they arranged for a NON-AC ALTO CAR which took us to Manali. The first impression was bad and we feared that our trip would be ruined... but it was ok. Please tell 'Our Indian Trip' to be courteous to their clients. One representative was arguing with me when I called from the Kulu bypass. I am not sure if I would want to take another trip from them.
Anika and vishal are big cheaters ery bad experience. First they take full money from us with the package of 23000/- included food. Then they didn't give us food in any hotel of the package. We had manage our breakfast, lunch and dinner ourselves. Miss Anika dixit is our travel agent. First she talk very sweetly and promise to give us refund but how Shamemfull ...No response from her after our tour was complete. She keep avoiding our phone calls ....what a shameless girl she is...???????????? And wha
we have booked trip to jaipur three days two night package last weekend through ‘our indian trip”. the tour services from ‘our indian trip was totally worthless they made so many false commitments which they didn’t fulfill. payment schedule: they told us we just need to pay advance payment and rest of the payment we can pay on the checkout from the hotel. but after the advance payment they demanded for the rest of payment. places to visit: they told us that they will make us visit 14 places how
didn't provided taxi for airport . didn't receive any call . cab not provided for local sightseeing. hotels were bad .
this travel agency is such a rubbish. i can't explain in words.they spoliled my whole tour. they fixed my package with rs.15000 but in middle of journey they over charged me with rs 2613.they threatened me if i would not pay this much amount they halt my journey.even though i paid that amount they cancelled our hotel and car booking. afte payment, not answered to our calls or msg. i am writing all this so, that in future no one would face such a trouble to which i had gone through.
just wanted to update you one thing that on june 7, when we are going from shimla to manali ,driver asked us to visit manikaran & shamshi shawl factory. but we told him that we had a separate day for visit the same and will be going on june 9 as per the plan. but he denied. you can also recheck with the driver and ourindiantrip agent for the same. moreover, we went there to spend our holidays and enjoyment. then why we would not visit any of the places and ask for refund. please recheck at yo
very worst experience with ourindiantrip. we will not recommend ourindiantrip to any of our friend/colleague. if given an option, we will give negative ratings to it we have not visited the places which has mentioned in the package they have provided in mail. moreover, the holiday expert who has booked our package is not picking our call. we tried to contact her for our issues but she did not pick our call. even the customer care is not responding.after taking the money, they are not responding.
the destination is good but the travel agency cheated us i would not recommend the agency ourindiantrip to anyone
The Hotels Rooms were not Good. In the plan it was mentioned Rothang Pass visit but the taxi driver not came then we asked Our India Trip advisor but she had not responded and we have paid additional 7500 for other cab. Totally it was a Bad experience by booking the trip with Our India Trip.
Our Indian Trip is the worst Travel portal, they were very adamant they always do mistakes and let us pay the price for it. They have booked Hotel for me in Teesta instead of Darjeeling, they told me to go ahead and rebook hotel in Darjeeling. Worst experience with Our Indian Trip, I suggest to not go with these guys. Please avoid this
Worst Experience. Booked for Deluxe Room, but they had given normal room with no fan, no ac, no wifi. When I called to ourindia trip team, no body responded. I adjusted the room. When I asked for refund, they didn't give me the refund and also they are saying, its my problem that I didn't intimated. I have proofs of call data. Taxi: Whatever they mentioned in the trip details, they didn't showed to me for few places. When I asked that one, only local siteseeing. Going to put in socal networks.
The service is very worst. Hotels are not upto the mark. Totally waste of money. Disappointed.

Darjeeling aur Gangtok trip k naam par 100% paise apne company ke account mei transfer karvane k baad mere phone udhane band kar diye.
