Driver was really good. Guide provided could not guide me at all at Kedarnathji. So I almost spent double money . But Nitin was honest enough to deduct the amount for services not provided/taken. ( though he can't compensate the hardship I had to face because of his inefficient team ) I think his strength is in adventures. He did make sure that I do my rafting before I left rishikesh. That was good . Recommendation for yatra ??? Not likely. For camping / rafting... Yes.

Very bad experience. Unforgettable adventures does not know how to take care of the bookings, very immature way of handling things. They did not bother to inform the helicopter booking was not confirmed and tried to give excuses after we reached the helipad. Hotel rooms in Joshimath were really pathetic with no towels and soaps in the rooms inspite of asking them to provide the same for 2 days. The rooms were not clean, it seems they are not interested to take care of the guests at all. I am yet to get my refund for helicopter booking inspite of following up for past 4-5 days now
