We booked our holidays through trip maza holidays from 25 to 30 june 2014. they planned our holidays by awesome ways the facilities which are given by them like hotels,taxi,communication by their executives were very excellent all the places covered by them in gangtok, Namchi and Darjeeling are awesome.

Proper coordination at first hotel in Darjeeling was missing. Hotel was purely vegetarisn. This fact should be ibforned ir checked with Client for his taste. Rest overalk experience wud Tripmaza was alright and smooth. hoetl at Gsngtok was ok but just away and at height/top of local mkt connections. As regards stay in Kalimpong, it was only resort and its bldg was under construction nearby which was not inforned in advance. No gym spa or any sort of facility was available in just temporary stanby property. Food at both hotels was ok.

i got cheated by them, had goofed up on the taxi system in sikkim, also did not book hotels in darjelling for what i paid, they agreed to refund payment but now are not attending my phone calls

Pathetic managment by Tripmaza people. They did not commit to the iteniary the provided to me. I won't suggest anyone to travel through tripmaza

Was very unprofessional for there transport service also no proper coordination for our itenary plans We had booked our entire tour from airport to airport drop for luxury suv cars like innova and xylo but we got daily different cars with poor quality. Also we had pay from our pocket to taxi drivers for getting our scheduled itenary completed.

Poor, specially regarding service of providing vehical at gangtok,they charged and commited luxery vehical like a.c. innova and provided no vehical for local sight seeing .
