we gave him chance and we booked 46 persons russia package with them, the worst experience of tour and mr pradhan is very rude and unprofessional ,i would never suggest this guy because the arrangements he made in russia ia very worst and my client completely gave thumbs down for this trip , they openly said that this trip is the worst we gave them nd they are jot happy, for us its waste of total money and he charged us more than he quoted
