Your flight arrangement was very comfortable as we did not have to get up early and run to the airports.

My daughter & I travelled to India in late December, early January and we used the services of Traveloutsav. Shraddha Gupta was our agent and she was brilliant - always keeping us up to date before our trip, and during was on the phone to find out how everything was on a daily basis, which we really appreciated. We had a new air conditioned car with a terrific driver by the name of Anand Singh Rawat who negotiated the traffic brilliantly from Delhi to Udaipur. It was great to have the driver at our disposal all day as after the guides had left, we wanted to do our own thing, which he readily obliged. My daughter & I can thoroughly recommend Shraddha to be your agent as she did a wonderful job of organising our trip and although Traveloutsav came in much cheaper than other agencies, Shraddha promised she would take the best care of us and she did. The guides she organised were very good too. It was a wonderful holiday, so go & enjoy India!

As I was visiting India after several years, I had no clue where to start my research for my chardham yatra. Reliable information/reviews are hard to find on the internet. I used the hello travel website to find out more. Unfortunately, what got slightly annoying is that I was contacted by several travel consultants, some who were 'pushy' and kept calling. I was lucky to be contacted by Shraddha Gupta from TravelUtsav who stood out from the rest. She sent a detailed itinerary with extra information that was useful for tourists who have never been to India before. She sourced a highly reliable guide /driver and booked us the best available accommodation. We had no complaints! Once our tour started Shraddha remained in constant contact with us as she was committed to ensure our tour went safely and smoothly. She was able to meet our many of our last minute requests. I would especially like to commend Shraddha for her professionalism and superlative skills. Thanks to her, we had a memorable trip.

Firstly thank you for your services. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everything went according to plan except the hiccup with the flight schedule change, which we do not hold you responsible for. The whole trip was fantastic but the highlight was seeing the animals in Kanha and Bandhavgarh,Tiger and bear and leopard, we were so lucky. We also loved Varanasi and Kolkata they were fascinating cities, the guides in both places were very good but the Kolkata guide was exceptional. Could you pass on our comments to their companies please. The chosen hotels were fine. Some better than others, the ones that we chose and asked you to change were the worst!! You may find our comments useful for any future dealing with the hotels. Classic Diplomat Delhi, not very good customer services. Clean and convenient for the airport. Tuli Tiger Resort, Kanha, very good in all areas except the outdoor eating area being very cold in January!! Nature Heritage Resort, disappointing. Not very clean, food basic and organisation dreadful Taj Chandela was the best, close to the temples, clean spacious and the gardens beautiful. Ramada Hotel Varanasi, ok good food and comfortable rooms Monotel Kolkata, Nice hotel, comfortable room, food average Sinclair Seaview, lovely location. Clean rooms, very nice staff. Munjoh Ocean Resort very disappointing. Shabby room,stained towels and bed line. Breakfast poor, staff very unprofessional and poor customer services. Acacia Palms Resort very good, large, clean and modern rooms, pretty resort very close to beach. Kohinoor Continental, nice hotel a little too far from the city to take the brief tour (we had not appreciated the traffic congestion) Large, comfortable, clean rooms friendly staff. Another thing we found out, the premium zones in the Nature Parks are not necessarily the best for sighting Tiger, but the most scenic....something else that is useful to know as it is not possible to change once booked. We had a mostly wonderful time in India from 14 January till 31 January 2015. We want to thank Traveloutsav for their kind assistance in making the arrangements. We are very appreciative of the drivers viz. Diwaker who met us in Delhi and was assigned to us for the duration of our Golden Triange tour. Shijo the driver who met us in Kochi and was assigned to take us to the various hotels and resorts in Kerala. Finally a big thank you to Ahmed, the driver who met and assisted us in Mumbai. All the hotels and resorts were exceptional and we have to single out the Hilton in Jaipur where Chef Vinod taught my wife how to make his fantastic vegetarian dish and how to make naan. Our stay at Lakesong was also memorable thanks to the restaurant staff. Fariyas in Mumbai was situated in a great area, there restaurant and staff were great but the room that we upgraded ourselves was very small with hardly space to move. While there were shortcomings which is normal especially since we had to change destinations from Kashmir to Chandigarh & Shimla at the last minute, we do not wish to make a meal of it but just to say that we enjoyed ourselves. First of all, thanks for prepared everything for us. We had a pleasure time in India. In general everything was very well organized, the hotels, drivers and logistic. It was very good located, but it was old and not in good conditions. The shower was not working properly and some furniture were damaged. Location of the Hotel in Kochi. The hotel was nice, but it is better if it can be located in Fort Kochi area. These are the only things we think can be improved, but any of these details avoided us to enjoy our days in India. We loved it, specially the food. very good. Mohit my agent was very good. Prompt on my phone calls. Ready to fix the problems. One place we have 2 days booking. Hotel was over booked. we have to change our plan, he did it. one place we did not like the hotel he changed to other hotel. It was good. For 16 days and so many cities, he did a great job.

I booked a trip from Jodhpur to Artiya, Udaipur, Pushkar and Jaipur. The service I received from Traveloutsav was great from the start. The driver was great and I felt completely safe throughout the trip which meant a great deal to me because I was travelling alone. There was follow up every day from Delhi. Chauffer: - The chauffer was perfecto. I should say that out of all our trips till now, he was the one of the BEST. - Very professional, well mannered yet the same time friendly tooJ. - I think he himself was a GPS navigator. He used to tell us when should the day start, places we gonna visit for the day and a little description too. - He made us taste the best food available and eat out points in the areas we visited. - He just created a space where we thought we are only 2 even in car. Please do send a thank you note if possible from TRAVELOUTSAV to Roop Singh jhi Hotels: - The hotels that you have suggested were very good. - I should say that some of them are THE LUXURIOUS we ever stayed. - Also the combinations of hotel types were also good. Like Royal safari camp and Gir Jungle lodge was a resort kind, whereas others were hotels. - We enjoyed thoroughly even during hotel stay apart from our sightseeing. Car: - It was in good condition - Well maintained daily by Roop Singh throughout the trip The tour was awesome, superb and stupendous. We would definitely remember traveloutsav (Mohit) as our best travel planner. However, there is always scope for improvement how best the things may be. Just summarizing the points for your reference Car and Chauffer: 1. The car and chauffer were changed after day 1. It happened to our best, but try to arrange a single car right from day 1. No intermediate change please J 2. Again when we are in Dwarka, Roop Singh got a call that he has to leave and someone else would come for rest of our tour. It didn?t happen, but why should scene even be created. I had to make calls, take the updates from Jitender. The car was halted for 30 mins just for this discussion. 3. The car should have pen drive slot or at least DVD player. I brought pen drive and as an alternate brought DVD too, but the Indigo provided to us have CD player J

My family n I had a wonderful time during d tour. Good experience, sightseeing etc. On the whole everything is good. Arrangement before tour through u Pallavi, very well organized thank you n sorry if I bugged u through my mails. Kashmir tour ok minus first nite stay, tour guide very cooperative, houseboat good service, food good. Jaipur,Agra tour nice n thank you for providing a wonderful driver pratap singh, very nice person ,we miss him. The tour guides were good minus delhi guide not so good. Hotel Aster Inn excellent place but the location for shoppers in Karol Bagh street bazaar quite far n not suitable for family group. So on the whole very good tour.THANK YOU GUYS!

I can't blieve I had such a perfect holiday in INDIA, having paid in full upfront, I was worried that at some point we may get a bad news? we still think as if we have seen a dream, there was little concern in couple of places about the location and quality of hotels, over all the trip was a memorable past which will not fade away easily. The courtesy of trip organisers , the chaufers is greatly appreciated.

Our trip with Traveloutsav from the 25th of November to the 13th of December. We went do our trip to Ranthambhore NP, Bandhavgarh NP and Khajuraho and then further by train to Agra. We booked this tour with Traveloutsav in New Dehli and we were very satisfied with all the services. The chosen hotels were nice and the food very good. All the safaris into the National Parks were exactly us we ask for. The trains (first class) were reserved and always came somebody from the hotel or the driver with us to the platform until we were on our reserved seat. Also the car transfers f.e. from Katni to Bandhavgarh or from Bandhavgarh to Khajuraho were punctual and with a good car and driver. They couldn't have done better. We stayed in touch with Rohit from above company until we came to the end of the service when we arrived in Agra. So he was informed if everything was going well. We also think that the price we had to pay was fair. We had a very good time and we thank the team of Traveloutsav for their work.

In general terms fine. But I'd like to recommend that your drivers carry a card with the name of the client to find them essily. And also that the travel agency provides the booking anf train tickets printed. I had the tickets in my tablet and I found it hard to print them. Finally, we didn't complete the whole tour because Mr. Kailash (the driver) stopped in his office at lake Bhimsal and left (I suppose it was because of Diwali festival), then another person from the agency drove us to the Kathgodam station where we arrived at 2pm. And wait until 9pm that our train departed to Delhi.

Overall it was satisfactory. In Chennai there was no driver when we arrived. I had to call the travel agent and he showed up after 45 minutes. In Delhi the travel agent told me to take a cab as the taxi I booked was in a crash inwas told. I had to take a taxi with no AC. The Hotel's were excellent and the service was courteous. I will use them again on the next trip.

It was great. It would have been more fun if the driver could communicate freely. His English was very poor, spoke in words instead of sentences. He did'speak Himdi either

Overall the tour was good, we had three different tour guides in total. The first guide was in Delhi, he actually discouraged us from visiting sites, I don't know if it was out of laziness or just spreading misinformation about the sites. The second guide was in Jaipur, he was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. The third guide as in Agra, was adequate. Most of all we liked the transportation, it was excellent having the privacy and convenience of your own air-conditioned car it made the tour a little less stressful and much more comfortable travelling from site to site.

Travel arrangements were fine. Timely service. Friendly staff. Car was good _ Toyota Inova ) Spacious and comfortable with A/C . Our Driver for the duration of Kerala trip was great. His name Manoj. Friendly and respectful. Good job. Inspite of 5 star arrangements, some of the Hotel accomodations were not upto par. Especially Dream hotel in Cochin ( very humid, muggy and limited windows. ) . and Resort in Munar. Anyway over all trip was great.

It was nice speaking to you. Overall, our trip to Jaipur went well. The driver, Sanjay ,was nice and helpful. The guide was knowledgable and was also nice. Our experience with hotel, was in general , positive. The decor, room and food were good. Again, our experience in visiting Jaipur was positive. Choki Dhani, was the best of the places visited. Every thing was ok satisfactory.

We booked the trip with traveloutsav on your recommendation. We are picked up at the airport as promised. On the downside the driver didn't speak much English. We were told that we would have a guide to take us around. No guide showed up for the whole trip. We were put in a different hotel. Told we would be staying at residency fort, we stayed at the residency emerald. No complaints about hotel. It was very comfortable and staff were all friendly and professional. On the first day our driver dropped us off at the gateway of India and left us to find our own way around. As 2 English women on our own, it was quite a frightening experience. We made our own way to elephanta caves, and luckily we found a guide who explained all to us. At our own expense. We ere taken to the hanging gardens and once again left to out own devices. It was a street seller that explained the history behind them. The second day was a total disaster. The driver told us we had 2 choices. We could go to a water park or be dropped off at a shopping center. Neither of which we wanted to do. All in all it was not a good experience, due to the fact that we didn't have a guide to show us around. The driver did his best, but he could only do so much. Regards Wendy

Overall the trip was good with some minor hiccups. 1) The houseboat under 'King's boat' was nicely furnished and the owners were warm and hospitable. The dinner was freshly cooked and good taste. The Shikara tour and surrounding is nice. 2) On the date of arrival and also the 2nd day, the car that came to fetch us was late. We were ushered to another car by driver who mistook us for another guest. Thank God he found out in time when I asked him where was the guide Javid. Only saw the guide Javid on the first day and the 3rd night. He was to meet us on the last day (4th day) according to driver but couldn't make it after all. As we didn't like the location of our hotel for the 2nd and 3rd night after houseboat, I had to pay in full for the a replacement hotel nearer to Dal Lake. It cost me additional 4800 INR for the 3rd night. At first Javid told me I could pay the difference of 1500 INR, but he didn't managed to get the refund from the original hotel, and I was only informed after I had already checked out of the original hotel. I am thinking as a travel agent, he should be able to get a better rate and I found out that replacement hotel has other standard room that cost half the price I paid. I trusted Javid to get me a hotel at reasonable rate, but that was not as I thot. 3) On recommendation of driver, we substituted Sonamarg with the tour of the Moghul Gardens at Srinagar instead. It was indeed a better option.

6 days trip. Wanted the travel agent to book hotel and arrange driver for the trip. The driver provided was inappropriate and had a bad attitude. The travel agent didn't bother call up to check how the thing were, ever during the 6 days trip. Here after will book hotels and transport on my own. I wont be stuck with factors which spoils my vacation. My suggestion to fellow travelers Pls arrange your trips on your own. Its not that difficult at all and you save a lot of money.

We visited Delhi, Rhantambore National Park, Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, BodGaya, Kolkata, Darjeeling, and Adaman Islands (Port Blair and Havelock). Wildernis areas of India are truly beautiful. This tour was a culture shock to our system and on top of that the tour operator cannot be relied upon at all to meet you at any of the agreed designated points. Precise directions should have been provided by the tour company as these could have been of immense vaue, such us: meet us outside the airport building at exit 5 (not exit 6 where everyone else went out), or meet us at the station exit 3 NB turn left on the bridge, not right towards the city (i.e. not the city side where everyone else went to), or waiting 1.5 hours after Port Blair airport closed down and we where sent off the airport grounds, nor at the harbour where evryone went off at the right exit as directed by police but the agent was apparently waiting at the other exit where no one went.) would have been a lot more professional and less stressful to tourists.

Feedback of India Hotels - 3 Star: overall shocking poor condition and in many cases dirty. Bed Linen had holes in it, bathroom walls and floors were dirty, and walls in the room were moldy, some bathrooms with missing windows and wrotten doors. Worst of all were the Hotel Trimoorti in Kolkata and Silver Spring Resort on Havelock (thick green mold on all walls) - both are not recommended. In contrast with this, were Vatika resort, Hotel Isabel Palace, and Malles Manota which were beautifully kept and good value places to stay.

Rhantambore National park tiger sightings were absolutely great, but took many re-visits over 4 days to actually see a tiger. The park is devided into zones, but visitors can't choose which zone they want to visit, and visits are limited to 3 hours max. This is not a very tourist friendly arrangement at all. Also paying Rs900 to take your video camera into the park each time is considered an exorbitant fee. The Andaman Islands (Port Blair and Havelock) comes across as a hostile tourism destination and is not recommended for diving/snorkelling. e.g. photography is prohibited at the airport, where we stood outside in the parking lot for 1.5hours as they had closed the airport and yet again our agent failed to collect us, which was the norm for this tour operator. The sea is warm and while there is abundant marine fish to be seen the water is clear at all and the corals have been mostly destroyed. We rented a scooter and visited the main beach which is really beautiful. We tried to the walk to Elephant beach but got lost for several hours in the dense forest, as there are no signboards. This could a dangerous situation and I suspect the signboards have actually been removed by self-appointed guides whom hangs around at the start of the walk.

Darjeeling met our expectations in every regard. It was awesome to see Mount Everest early morning, and the steep tea plantations are beautiful.

I cannot recommend this tour company due to lack of providing important detail, consistent failure to collect us at agreed collection points, and poor hotels selected.

I'm giving the benefit of two stars because there were some positives but the customer service standards of the agency staff is almost non-existent. We experienced minor problems with the hotel in Jodhpur - television remote was missing, heater wasn't in the room, hot water wasn't working. We dealt with the hotel staff directly as it was late in the evening and we did not want to have to go through third parties to get the issues resolved. When we gave our agent feedback the following day, she responded rudely saying we should have contacted her and that she we were the only ones who have ever complained about the hotel. This is very poor customer service. Arguing with a paying customer is unacceptable behavior. Our final stop in Delhi was the tipping point. Our room was booked for just one night despite the agent knowing well that we would only depart for home in the evening. She should have booked the hotel for 2 nights. We end up paying for the extra night ourself. It must be noted that the hotel manager informed us that the agency made several changes to our booking without our knowledge. I spoke to a senior figure in the company and when I questioned him about taking the payment in full and then making changes without our knowledge, he responded aggressively that he can do whatever he please since the money is with the company. Absolutely poor standards from this company and antagonistic behavior from the junior and senior staff.

We used Traveloutsav for our recent trip to India and initially were impressed with the customer service we received and the price they advertised to us. The trip itself had some outstanding points and was overall very good. However, the company changed two of our hotels during the trip with no notice and these were lower quality hotels and upgraded one of our rooms (at our expense) prior to the trip. We assumed that this was due to the hotels cancelling rooms/bookings but conversations with the hotel where the upgrade occured proved this to be untrue which led us to suspect that the other hotels had in fact been changed to reduce the cost of the trip to the company and increase their profits. We have tried to discuss this with the travel company since our return and they have ignored our emails which leaves us to the conclusion that they are not able to explain the lower standard rooms, unconcerned about our feedback and not willing to explain the discrepancy between what we paid/were told we would receive for this payment and what we ended up with. It's a shame becuase had the company communicated with us and explained why the hotels were changed rather than ignore our email, our feedback would have been very different as the trip itself was brilliant. This was largely due to the fantastic driver we had and spent the majority of the trip with and the fact that India is beautiful so it's impossible not to love the country!

overall agent was helpful and amenible however, we did not receive our documents prior to departure which caused a little anxiety but our main issue has been that we booked a deluxe private houseboat and were disappointed with the overall experience as the boat was very basic and not as described. This was not necessarily a major problem however, we have been struggling to get this issue resolved with the agent since we terminated the excursion.

If we would have known a night prior then we could have cancelled the train tickets and have got a good deal with the local transporter. By the time, we got to know about your decision of road journey the chart for the final passenger list was already prepared and once it is done then no refund is given from the railways. If we would have given the car instead of train journey then we would have definitely paid the amount. While returning back to Delhi, we got a phone call from your side about changing the hotel in Delhi which we did instantly. When you went to Agra, you didn?t liked the hotel on which we agreed and to ensure that you should have a good holiday we made the change again. In Mumbai, you wanted us to change the hotel yet again but as the hotels are too expensive over there so it could not have been done without any extra cost and therefore we asked for the same. We were denied for the extra payment and told to refund the amount. We never hesitated in making the refund and full amount of your Mumbai tour was refunded before your departure from India at 12?o clock on the same day we promised. Sometimes, the problem arises when we have a communication gap in between the traveler and the consultant. As a service provider, we apologize for the trouble you had to take. We are here to serve our customer with the best intent and never ever we can even dream of becoming a con and lying to our customers. Chaotic and unorganized :( During the planning of the travel I communicated with Rohit and everything seemed great. The first week of our travel was great and everything worked out as planned. Then the problems started: We had some items included in our agenda but suddenly we had to pay for it again because the local guides have not been informed. Then a hotel wanted us to pay after our stay because Traveloutsav had not paid yet. Sometimes we tried to get in touch with Rohit but he did not pick up the phone. We had a great driver but also he did not get some information so he was not sure where to bring us to. In the end we were very disappointed in the organization! We contacted Rohit regarding the items we had to pay for ourselves and he promised we would get the money back. We also should get some money back from the very beginning when he helped us to exchange money. We are chasing this money ever since but without any success. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone. India is great and anyway we had a great time, but the travel agency did a bad job!

Pros: Good driving by driver Based on request the driver took us to iskcon temple Godwin hotel was good Cons: 1.Travel agencies were not pre planned about the sight seeing. They arent aware when all the places are opened/closed 2.Did not give proper information to customer that the cab should be used only for 8 hours and not more than that 3.Places seen were very less compared to all my earlier trips by believing the travels know better places 4.Not sure whether the language problem or the travels problem or driver health problem, the driver was not interested in showing places around haridwar or rishikesh. We saw only aarti and mansa devi temple in haridwar.Rishikesh only ram and laxman jhula. Travels/driver should be aware of what to see first and next. Passengers cant insist the driver to take us here and there. Since the standard answer was the temple will be closed/raining/not good time/very far/dono the place 5. Driver has not checked the car condition and tyres too before he start the travel. Though we noticed less air in the tyre when we started the trip. but the driver did not initial check up or fill air in all tyres. By seeing the mail response from Shraddha Gupta I expected the package i availed will be the best. But everything went as unexpected from day1 when Shraddha told that the cab can be used only till 6. When the half amount needs to given as cash which we werent aware and there was no any communication. Also, the customers are travelling four hours from chennai and as soon as they got down you cannot expect them to start sight seeing. You must give atleast ten minutes time for refreshment. Each and every time the question is "How long would it take?" People are coming from south to north and the total hospitality is missing.. Sorry to say though i traveled this much far to enjoy my holiday, the package was not a real treat. My friends were also so eager to know about my trip and planned to book for their family as well. I am sorry to say that I will not recommend this to any of my friends/colleagues. Overall a good lesson for me.
