WePleasure in the month of Feb 2019. It was a very comfortable trip with them. The trip cost was reasonable. The customer service was great. They are a genuine company. We were only 2 girls for the trip. But the driver provided for us, Mr Sunil, took such great care of us, that was really really commendable. He was like a guide to us and directed us during the entire trip. Thanks for an amazing experience

Overall it was a great trip. But the one star is less because of the driver with whom we traveled .We had some issues with him. Actually he was not cooperating vd us.

very good experience on my last trip..driver was so friendly,hotel are couple friendly.. overall experience was good.. but the car which they have provided not having commercial registration for the same we have faced lots of issues on journey by police dept..you should required to develop on the the issue.

we had an amazing trip last year in september 2018 of the majestic leh ladakh with srinagar.i must tell you it is one of the best trip i had in my life and the credit purely goes to hello travels.parvesh sharma was the man who was the planner of our trip and i must say he did his job very well. thanks for the wonderful trip and i hope to have your services again

overall a good experience , they provided nice hotels except dalhousie as the room sizes were very small .

It was a good experience except the local taxi. Driver was not cooperative and was very reluctant to show us local sites.

worst service and experience, booked this travel from hello travel only they are very unprofession. parvesh and sharvan is unsupportive, there driver has stolen my jacket and this people fooled me. i have traveled with my family (senior citizen parents , 1 year old son , sister and wife; this people spoiled whole travel. they have given personal vechicle with theft and unprofessional driver who fight with me in delhi and not covered all sightsee. and without informing run away

parvesh sharma is the guy who spoke to us and did all the customization for us.till we booked tour with him he was so very accommodating and nice and understanding.once we made the half payment,he was acting as if we are denying to make the rest of the payment,even when we told him and he should have already known the issues people face in these regions, he was not supportive at all.at last moment he asked to give cash for rest of it and it was so difficult for us.he was not even cooperating.

Travelling gives trouble.... Thats all I want say about this team.... Worst travelling agent
