I had a horrible experience with HelloTravels Pvt. Ltd. As per the options provided to me, I contacted the below travel agency Dear Souvik Chakraborty, With reference to your trip request we have connected you with Travel India Tours, expert in planning a trip to "nainita/kausani". Please contact this agent to customize your need further! Travel India Tours (3 Reviews) Before my travel, this guy Raman asked me to send him the token amount to confirm the booking. I transferred amount Rs.4000 to Raman as per the bank details provided to me. After depositing the money, from that evening onwards Raman stopped picking up my call. When I called up from an unknown number he got surprised and he said he cannot provide us cars for my trip as all his cars are booked. When I asked for the refund amount he said it will be returned to me in a week's time. After that day, I called him up many times and he doesn't receive any calls. He took my entire 4000rs and did not return it. I have already filed a complaint against Travel Tours India with the bank receipt and account details I had with me. So guys I request you all not to get into all these frauds and cheats because you could also face the same harassment which I faced the very last moment.
