Travel spirit initially was very cooperative. We had to spend 2 days in Amsterdam nd 2 days in Paris. They delayed booking of train tickets due to which our expense was increased. They handed over our tickets nd vouchers only 2 days before which we have been requesting for few weeks. Initially they were supposed to give 3 airport transfers for 1 person separately. Later clubbed it with other 2 persons. As a result i kept waiting for more than 4 hours on the airport as my 2 colleagues were supposed to reach later. I Wiil never suggest travel spirit to anyone. The hotel that was given to us in Paris was very small. The lift was so small it could hardly occupy w ppl. We had a tough time taking our luggage to our room as the lift did not had the capacity to occupy regular luggage with wheels with 1 person. It was very congested. We think it was no value for money for booking it through travel spirit.
