Very much memorable and we had loads of fun. We went for 3 days on 28th December 2017. Weather was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful, food was simple and delicious and all the sights were covered. Pick up point was okay But drop down point was hectic for me because it's long for further travel to the home

I was bit skeptical about this website and service as it seems to be outdated. But though it's a small tour operator the facility and arrange of room with mountain view was mesmerizing. Since I wasn't expecting luxury facilities I found the trip worth it for my family. Bus pickup, car pickup, and food being pure veg tasted like a homemade simple food for 3 days. Staff is kind and polite. This trip is definitely memorable to me.

It was good

The hotel room was filthy with vermins. The sofa cum bed was not worth sleeping. The TV channels were off due to the non subscription of channels may be because of non payment of recharging amount or else. The local operator was unwilling to show all the sites as per package. Only after the intervention of Travel Dhamal office he hurriedly shown us the site. I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel was not good, and food quality was way below par- Bad experience over and above that the sight seeing guy was in a hurry he made us see the locations in a very short span of time. Overall the feedback is not so good

it was very bad experience. we booked Hotel Surbhi Deluxe AC rooms but hotel provided us Cottage room. our booked AC rooms was given to some other passengers. we will recomnded don't go with this Hotel in future.

Worst experience.. I visited Mahabaleshwar through Dhamal travels.. Hotel Hill way Inn service was worst.. Room given us was not good.. Food was not tasty... Sight seeing experience also not better due to driver forcing to come back.
