Single word - pathetic. Travecare had tie up with another travels in Gangtok Anup travels. That only wanted to loot money, never reaching on time for trip, I had to call 10 times at least for the driver to arrive. All our north Sikkim tour got canceled due to land slides, which the travels was well aware long time back but never notified us. The travels only wanted money and forced us in a horrible hotel room despite we choose the top most package out of 3. It was always the case if me calling the travels and they hardly call to inform us anything.
