Overall good

Everything good but taxies provided by toursss are very poor

No proper co-ordination, hotel not worth what we paid for ... no basic cleanliness with hotel , food serving took an hour time... Time wise itinerary needs to be shared before travel, so guest aware of departure time daily, vehicle dropped away from hotel...No courtesy with hotel and vehicles ...

it was hopeless. specially regarding food .we were specially enquired about our food requirements and nothing was done according. the hotel in lachen was horrible .the hotel inmates were highly ill behaved. the basic facilities for tea and intercom was also not there. taxi and sight seeing was fine. Till date this was a complete flop plan
