It was a nice experience for us to have the services of TMG Holidays in Kashmir trip. Out of 2 Hotels booked by them the Hotel at Gulmarg was located at an altitude of around 30 ft above road level, connected by steep & high steps. Although the Hotel rooms were very good, climbing to hotel became extreme difficult for senior guests like us. The ladies could not venture out of rooms and visiting Gulmarg was lost, due to poor selection of a hotel. This was done inspite of our specific request to avoid climbing of stairs/steps. All other points have been taken care of.
