I experienced a great, fulfilling & comfortable trip. All credit goes to Kumar Hospitality services, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Aditya, Ms. Rashim & Mr. Nitin. All are supportive & was in touch with us in entire trip. My family members are also well setisfide with their services. Till now I had panned many tirp to other places but this one is the most enjoyable, memorable & pleasent trip. Every thing was well managed by Mr. Vikas, in terms of coordination, Transportation, Hotels, sightseeing means everything. I really appreciate for such nice hospitality by Kumar Hospitality services. It's a excellent experience. Particularly the service provided by Mr. Sagarjee, and Mr. Bikas Jee from Kumar travel is excellent. We have call them at there rest time ,they response and help us, they provide us 3 Innova and all the excellent properties like sarovar, monal retreat, Aloha on the Ganges etc. for the all 16 heads, I recommend they are excellent for 4dham and 2dham.

Excellent services with best hotels accomodation.

We enjoyed the trip to Haridwar very much. We were a family of 15 members. Our family comprised of 6 senior citizens, were comfort was paramount importance. Initially I found it difficult to find appropriate hotel at reasonable price, but the hotel & Travel arranged by Kumar Holidays was the best I can have. I would rate Kumar Holidyas 4 out of 5. The personal behaviour of Mr. Kumar and his team was good, but the travel agency hired by Mr. Kumar can think of improving behaviour of driver else I would rate 5 out of 5. Mr. Vikas, one of the director of The Kumar Holidays, a very nice fellow. He kept all his promises according to our programme. Changes the hotels at New Delhi & Haridwar as per our choice. AC Cars (Xylo & Innova) provided to us is very good condition both for Delhi- Agra trip and Haridwar- Mussourie trip. Drivers are well behaved, specially Mr. Ajay Bhardwaj for Haridwar - Mussorie trip was excellent. Hotels in all places are very good, nice location, knit & clean, safe, secure & homely (Hotel Alleviate at Agra, Hotel Brij Lodge (Hotel) at Haridwar & Hotel Monarch at Mussorie are excellent. We must consider M/s. Kumar Holidays for our next trip. Wish them all success

The arrangements were done in a very much professional manner. I could communicate with the Managing Partner very freely and he was meeting all my expectations by arranging everything perfectly. Mr. Kanak arranged for us a luxury coach in Srinagar for our travel to Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg as well as airport drop/pick up. He is capable of meeting all our requirements which you will not be able to find with other tour providers. The Kumar Holidays is really good agent for Char Dham package in Uttarakhand. Hotel bookings and arrangements were awesome. For any unavoidable circumstances or landslides, it will provide alternative plans so that we will not be panic during such situations. Throughout our journey the concerned person was in touch regularly and asking for status of it. But price of the package was little higher side. But overall I prefer others to opt for this agent.

Mr.Sagar of Kumar Holidays was true to his words about transportation arrangement and room booking. he was quite accomodative and agreeable to our requests. We two families booked our touring programme of Kedarnath and Badrinath as main destination through Kumar Holidays and visiting several other tourist/religious attractions en-route with in a limited period of 7N/8D including final destination at Moossouri for relaxation. Whole travel plan from 10th to 18th May?2015 to fulfill all our pleasure & spiritual wishes was nicely arranged by Mr. Vikas of Kumar Holidays and we could enjoy complete travelling period with all expectations fulfilling, barring some unexpected harrying behavior of the Driver, who was promptly replaced. Hotel accommodations and there locations were up to our expectation. Mr. Vikas was always available on mobile for any shorts of guidance required by us and instructing the Driver to look after all convenience methods to make our journey successful. I appreciate Mr. Vikas for his ability and patience in managing all our requirements throughout the travel period and make our trip successful. All this happened through "The Kumar Holidays" and person like Mr. Vikas at the helm of affairs.

We booked our travel for Chardham through the Kumar Holidays. Mr. Vikas answer all our questions and gave us the travel plan even before we paid any advance. He was always available on the phone and willing to accommodate any changes in our travel plans. He made it a point to meet us person twice during the trip. The entire trip was scheduled in a very good manner. We initially decided we will skip Kedarnath, but then decided to do it and Mr. Vikas was very co-operative in having this organized in quick and efficient manner. In fact, we were able to visit Kedernath Ji and Badrinath Ji in the same day. All the hotels booked for the tour were very good except for one. For that hotel also Mr. Vikas Kumar took special care to ensure that we were provided a family suite. We would certainly book our future holiday through "The Kumar Holidays" just for the quality of the service provided.

Hotel accommodations were good. Vehicle arrangement & driver was not good.

The taxi provided was sub standard. hotels were good.

My parents experience was average. one day driver's wife was sick so he provided another driver with different vehichle. My parents had no problem but the car was without A.C. and that day was of rishikesh and that day was too hot. thats why my parents was not happy with this incidence.

Thank you very much for the services rendered to us at Casa De Goa. We enjoyed our recent stay. It was full of fun and frolic. All your facilities were excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was good despite our limited choice for vegetarian food. We especially loved the pool facing rooms with ample facilities. In our next visit to Goa, we would be pleased to stay here again. Casa De Goa will be our first recommendation to our friends/relatives who wish to visit Goa in near future. Hi, Thanks for your request for feedback on my recent travel to India. Yes, we enjoyed the Tour to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Rishikesh and the Travel and Transportation arrangement by Holiday India which was one of the agent who contacted us. We find their services good and definitely recommend their services, but there are 2 areas which they can help to further improve! 1. The hotels we booked for and paid for are all supposed to be 5* Hotels but we are disappointed with the Clark Amer Hotel in Jaipur. The hotel does not deserve even a 3* rating. The Hotel decorations and fittings are long due for renewal say maybe 20 years ago. The Bedding ( mattress, pillows, bedsheet, pillow cases ) Toilet floor tiles and wall tiles are outdated, towels must be replaced (worn out ) 2. The Tour guide Scam at Taj Mahal, Agra. When we arrived at Taj Mahal entrance, the guide approached us and informed the driver that he was the appointed Guide from holiday India and showed us around Taj Mahal for about 1 1/2hours. At the end of the tour we offer him a gratuity of 300 Rupees and he asked why 300 Rupees only? Then he showed us his Tourist Guide Identification which states 2.400 Rupees for the authorised fees! As we did not agreed to pay him that amount and after the intervention from the driver we moved on. Please investigate this Scam!!! Regards, George Wong

they have provided dharamshala/least category rooms in other place other than mentioned in travel bouncers.when needed, they did not picked up mobile phones and coordination response was very poor. the behavior of driver was very rough.i will recommend everyone not to book any travel from from this. they are money minded only.want to make money,proprietor of kumar holidays will never pick up ur phone. very hoorrible experience.........

I got offer from Kumar Holidays and I sent a mail to them alos with below comments.They are simply cheating the travellers for the sake of money with the very very poor travel service provider.They don't know the value of the tourist they simply need money nothing else. Dear Mr.Kumar, We have came back from our tour with very very bad experience inspite of spending lot of money. -The travels vehicle which you sent was Innova we have asked Xylo. -We have adjusted in the same vehicle, the vehicle was so dirty inside all the seats were lot of stains and full of dust inside the car. -I had given clearly with the ages of all of our family members no body came extra. -We have not seen anything in Mussorie except Kempty falls, If asked that driver there is nothing to see otherthan this he just dropped in the hotel after noon at about 2.30PM and he was telling in very bad manner that now I don't go any where and nothing to see in Mussorie. - We have travelled to Dhanoulti and some of our family members dropped at Surkhandadevi temple and some members we asked him to drop at the Hotel which is just 4kms away from the temple.He was quite annoyed for that also finally after arguments of all of us he agreed and came back to pick up from the temple. -The final day during the settlement at the Apple Orchard Hotel it was a big Hungama with the driver .We felt very bad and embarrassed in front of all the staff members of the Hotel. - As per our agreement we have to be dropped at Dehradun since our train starts from there even in this case also we have been cheated and felt lot of inconvenience.He dropped us at Hardwar instead of Dehradun. We have spent of lot of money and we had very bad experience because of the Travel agent which you have sent.We have came here to enjoy our trip and don't we are not worry about money but we had very bad experience. The travel fellow/Driver wants to save their money in the mean of diesel and they got enough money with our trip. I am requesting you to don't cheat the public only because of Money, Money is not everything in life.If you provide good service we will come back to you next time.This is the away anybody can success in their buisness.
