First Time to go

Very unprofessional. The innova car given had poor A/c, bad tyres, brakes failed in between, no driver side wiper, music system with only one speaker, no mobile charger socket, the hotels promised to us were sub standard, compared to the rate given. We paid about avg of 7000 per night MAP in hotel and were offered hotels ranging from 2500 - 4500 only. We were not given room at Sarovar portico as promised at Badrinath. Very sad experience.
