After writing you, Mr Ashish Pahwa, from TajIndia holidays, contact me and send me a tour plan that it fit very well with my idea. He wrote to me almost daily to make all the arrangements. He send me the names of the hotels and the details of my travel to delhi, agra and Jaipur. Everything ok, until I paid the 50 % (almost 500 USD)... After that he didn't answer my emails asking him if he had received the payment. At last, one week before, he said, ok. I receive the payment. Two weeks more and he didn't answer my emails asking for the vouchers of the hotels and how I will be contact. Some days before he told me that everything is ok and that he will send me the vouchers 2 days before my trip ("all 4 stars hotels"). He didn't send me nothing so I had the suspiction that everything was wrong. I was with my wife that was very afraid of going in those conditions but I convinced her that that travel agency had been recommended by Hello travel, a very prestigious travel web page. But when we arrived, all our concerns were confirmed. Nobody were waiting for us in the lobby of the airport. I call Mr. Ashish Pahwa by phone who gave me another phone of the taxi driver who was... in the street waiting for us (just not to pay the 80 rupies that cost the ticket to enter at the airport lobby where all the other travellers were searched by their agencies. More concern of our part. We get into a not very good car and the taxi driver didn't know about our itinerary nor about the hotels. He call to somebody who told him an address. Some minutes later we arrived to a very poor neighbourhood and the taxi driver said: this is your hotel. You can't even imagine. A very budget and bad located hotel was in front of us. I told him that that was not our hotel and told him to talk with Mr Ashish. Somebody get into the car saying that he was the guide and ask us to get into the hotel. I insist many times to speak with Mr. Ashish and finally they call him. I told him that that was not the deal and that I need to see the vouchers of the other hotels. As he told me that at night he would send them to me I asked the driver to go back to the airport. He didn't want to and many people of the hotel surrounded the car and ask us to get off. I said the driver to go back to the airport or I would go to the police. At taht moment the "guide" get of the car and almost run away, and the driver drove us to the airport. He call Mr Ashish Pahwa during the trip back to the airport who said that he will send me to a "good hotel". I told him that I will be waiting him at the airport with the vouchers to check the kind of hotels in delhi, agra and jaipur, but he refused to do that. He asked me to go to a new hotel and that after paying the rest of my trip he would give me the vouchers. As I refused to do that and said to him that I will be waiting him at the airport, he refused again and said to me: "so there is no my problem". When we arrived to the airport the driver said me that he was only the driver, that he has no relationship with Mr. Pahwa and ask to me for a tip. I was really angry and told him that I have suffered a "kind of fraud": that I have paid 500 USD just for a trip from the airport to delhi, "roundtrip" that he had to ask to Mr. Ashish for the tip. At least in the same airport I contact with the people of "MAKE MY TRIP" whom, in just one our arranged a four days trip to Agra and Jaipur that was very nice and unforgetable. That made me think that it was not to dificult to arrange a good tour in India. Unfortunately, the travel agency and the subject (MR.ASHISH PAHWA, tajIndiaholidays) that contacted me from Hello travel made me experienced a very bad and unforgetable arrived to India. I found Taj India Holidays through the internet, when planning my trip to India from Kenya. My tour covered Delhi, Agra and Rajestan. Their agent Mr Ashish personalized the tour for me and my companion to our requirements flawlessly. Any change in itinerary was accommodated. The hotels we chose were of very good standard. The vehicle provided was a SUV almost new, with a driver who was well conversant with the history of the destinations we travelled. From the start and upto the time I finish the tour, I found them to be very accommodating to all my requests. Even after our tour ended and we required hotel bookings in other destinations in india, Mr Ashish was most helpful. At first I was a bit skeptical of going through an agency that I was not familiar with but they proved me wrong. I would highly recommend Taj India Holidays to anyone. My experience with them was wonderful.

Dear, We have had a tremendous - incredible India holiday and most of our expectations have come out. The Taj Mahal was really the top and has left an unforgettable impression. We were very glad with the driver that was provided by Taj India Holidays, who drove us safely in Delhi and esspecially on the road between Delhi and Agra. We have never seen so much traffic behaving like there are no safety rules whatsoever. He has saved us from several very dangerous situations. The hotel/resort in Agra (Jaypee Palace) and Goa (Ramada Caravela Beach Resort) were really nice and comfortable (5*). We experienced some trouble from the local taxi mafia in Goa, but part from that this was a holiday which gets a score of 8.5 on a scale of 10. A really good and worth while experience! Best regards, Rudy and Marijke van Borkhove
