Mr Shaan Sabri Head of TS Travel is good person He had arranged everything good like hotel and packages but transporter was very bad. usne muujhe bahut pareshan kiya wo transporter nahi balki Gunda tha. Uska name harvindra sharma tha aur uska ladka wo bhi Gunda tha. us transporter se business relation khatm kar dena chahiye kyuki jaisa mere saath usne kiya hai mai nahee chahta ki wo doosre ke saath bhi ho. Car ka Toyota ki Etios thi. Is baare me shaan ji sab kuch jante hai.
The whole trip was great but the behaviour of company's owner Shan was not good.
We have a very memorable trip of beautiful mountains of manali and shimla .
Very very bad no proper response until and unless we make dozens of calls and messages they will not respond. Not only that we were on roads hours together they don't have courtesy to pick the calls. After paying everything again they have collected taxi and food charges additional which we have already paid very bad experience while booking a deal they use to make hundred calls after payments they never bothered. Ultimately they are fooling us the mail says different they are treating different from the day one we din get bislery water or news paper till the end of the day pls don take such package and burn your fingers like what we have faced.
I have selected a package from The Holiday Expert of t s group and made an online payment of 20000/- as well. I am trying to reach out to Mr. Shanu's mobile as well as their office numbers, but they are not reachable since I have booked my flight tickets as well.
There people are cheaters and fraud. I had to travel from Jammu to Manali on 6th July evening. I kept on trying these people but they didn't respond. Finally at 6 PM they said the bus had a breakdown and finally I had to travel on my own, I had to pay the bus fare from my own pocket. Similar thing happened when I was supposed to check out from Hotel in Manali, they had not settled the bills at hotel and they didn't respond again when I kept on calling the whole day on the check out date. cheaters and fraud. I had to settle the bill and check out and again travel on my own from Manali to Delhi. I shall file a case against these people...
This holidays expert (T S Group) are cheater and fraud people. eventhough i paid advance as per their rules and regulation but they did not booked Hotel and after reaching Manali with my family by night 11:45 pm, i come to know that there is no booking in said hotel as well as not even in other hotel. Now you can imagine that what could be position when you are with family and these cheater did not booked hotel. For proper conversation you can see following mail which i sent them and they replied me. holiday expert people is a fraud people they chit me very bad experience with this travel.
Don't know how to start and till were to end up. Things were worst in the trip and package provided by you. first thing learn how to treat a customer because they are one from whom you have ur source of money. the contact person mentioned to us was you but till the time we reach Chandigarh we had lot of people to contact and coordinate for every single day. you promises were really fake, you and Mr shan just gave us fake promises. we guys have come here for enjoyment but what we received from holidays expert was stress, irritation and torture. we made a wrong discussion of booking our honeymoon package with your company. we were forced to discontinue this trip, we were forced to roam around Manali with all our luggage. it was a fucking experience with holiday experts and for sure will lodge a complaint against you n your company.
It was very bad experience with T S group. Will not recommend any body. Out of 3 hotel booking they have not booked one hotel inspite of taking full money. Till last day complete details were not shared. For last day as they have not booked hotel I have to manage on my own and was a big cost to me. I was left in between the journey. I am also planning to file police complain against them
