Our experience with Sun India Tourism was of professionalism and caring. Ashish, the rep, was very proficient in allaying any fears I had and always answered my questions promptly via email. Our trip was a very smooth one in India and I would recommend Sun India Tourism to anyone wanting to visit incredible India.

I was pleased with the attention I got from your co-operating agents and all in all the trip was a great experience. We will definitely go back to India.

Worst experience of my life. SunIndia from Delhi and their partner Mahalaxi tour from Haridwar should be given a title of top HIGHWAY ROBERS of India. I will never come to India again for a vacation. But if I do, it will never be again through a travel agency. brij.

My experience with Sun India was very disappointing. They are a terrible company to work with, I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact Hellotravel should never even have them on your site.They promise you the world and the best service but when we arrived in India all they did was collect their DOLLARS and presented us with fake hotel vouchers. They do not answer their phones and the travel agent Deependra Singh suddenly went on leave for a month. Manish [the apparent operations manager ]is a liar and a cheat. They promised us and we PAID for four star hotels and in some cases we stayed in two star hotels(what cheapskates). India is such a beautiful country but we spent half the holiday fighting over the accommodation. I was thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. they should actually be investigated for fraud because on my return i checked TripAdvisor and this was not the first time they have done this. Hello travel should never recommend such liars and cheats.

Hi there India is such a lovely country to visit, my stay there would have been alot better if it was not for all the problems we faced because of the agent, as he did not provide us with the service that he had promised. Some of the hotels that he had given us were not even worth being any star rating including not having hot water to bath for almost two weeks. My husband and i could manage but i have a two year old child that was travelling with us that had to take a cold water bath as well, and ended up getting sick due to that. When we tried to contact the agent he was not answering his phone. We even had a problem with our bookings at hotels. When we got to Goa and arrived at the hotel only to find out that we were not booked in and had to drive to another resort at 10.30pm in the night, which i think is not very proffessional at all. Like I said in the begining we were taken for a ride by Sun India tourism, as they did not give us what was promised. for the amount that we paid them we could have gotten alot better if i had booked with the hotels myself. The tour agency recommended didnt fullfill many promises. Even changed a lower star hotel and didnt compensate the money difference. The tour agency didnt provide hotel vouchers, so took time and time for check in every hotel. Due road closure by police in Varanasi, the car operator provided by tour agency demanded another Rps 400 for additional transport by rickshaw to temple compound. My arguement is simple, road closure is unplanned but the tour agency must ensure im sent to temple at their cost due its their responsibilty. Simillar like airlines provide TMH if airport closed due to weather. Nany shortcomings by this tour agency. Very dissappointing. They even disnt know Taj Mahal and Elephant Cave are closed on particular days.

very poor indeed. It is certainly not a preferred emthod of travelling as we like certainty. They chose property's that suited them and not us and overcharged us. We could have planned our own holiday with less aggravation and stress that from this company. I will never use them again
