Poor service, lack of experience in handling tourist.hotels attached is not up to star ratings.had tough time dealing with them.

When we reached the air port and waiting for taxi 1 and half hours, after then reached at hotel, observed not room available at hotel there awaiting 2 hrs approx and then set other local hotel. in that i can not seen cochin side seen and wastage time due to poor management of tour organizer. I planned 8 nght and ten days but in eight night 5 place hotel changed and per commitmen before we manage the hotel at all time very bad experience.Driver not aware about sight seen, like we suffer on Road

South Tour Operators are cheats & Fraud,I had availed for hotel and mini bus service from them. At the last moment they said the hotel charges mentioned was wrongly .Minibus charges were double the regular charge, which i came to know later ,as they had no direct contact with the mini bus travel operator and to avail the bus service, there were 4 agents in between,right from chennai to mangalore.To top it all they had not paid the bus operator and i had to pay extra rs 2000, ended up with loss.

Local taxi and Flight bookings were up to the mark. However, we are really disappointed with the hotel bookings. They have messed up with out making prior bookings with the hotels mentioned in their itinerary. In the end we had to make our own hotel booking in the last minute. This was done inspite prior informing them in four months in advance that we were travelling with a 3 yr child and a senior citizen. Regards, Reshmy

The overall trip experience is not so good. The Scheduled arrangement trip is very worst and not satisfactory.
