We made our trip to manali with skylink.the over all experience bus, local car, hotel& hospitality arranged by them was excellent & refferable thanks dr mn mlshra.

The Agent Skylink Journeys Made Our Stay As Well As Travel Quite Comfortable & Enjoyable. Skylink Journeys Introduced Three Agents -One For 14 Hrs. Journey From Delhi To Manali & Back, One For Hotel With Meals At Manali , Last One For Local Sightseeing. & Three Worked In Tandem. The Particulars/contact Details Of Three Agents Unfolded Gradually By Checking (With Skylink Journeys) At Every Stage Of Journey & Not At The Start Of Journey ( Which Was We Would Have Preferred). The First Time Travelers Require Some Guidelines Regarding River Rafting & Para Gliding & Snow Games. A Newly Married Couple ( Co- Travelers In Local Sight Seeing But Booked By Some Other Agent) Was Hurt In Para Gliding & Was Fully Drenched In Cold Water During River Rafting But We Were Saved Due To Not Opting For Unknown Sport. Finally We Are Thankful To You & Skylink Journeys For Making Our Visit To Manali Quite Exciting With Memorable Moments Captured In Our Camera. --------- H M Walia & Asha Lata ( Both Senior Citizens )

1st time booked ticket for manali. i m not fully satisfy because some problem face me like as change other Hotel. But volvo facility very good

We are very sorry to point out that after agreeing desired Tour packagae amt & facilities which as offered & agreed payment collected by you, following irregularities has caused lot of Mental stress & harrasment to us. 1. Bus Booking: Agreed was Semi slipeer, but booked as normal push back. No ticket has been provided to us showing timing of bus starting etc detail. 2. Thru SMS we were informed that in Bus we will get blanket & water bottle. ( No blanket provided to us in Bus, Water bottle provided after lot of persuasion when Bus travelled 80 Km. after crossing Panipat 3. Initial deal was you will provide us 3 Star Hotel, Ocean Blue. But you provided us another hotel not equivalent to 3 Star i.e. Ridge view. 4. We reached Hotel at 8.20 A.M. but 2 Rooms were provided to us at 10.30 A.M. and balance 2 Room at 11.45 A.m. 5. The Quality of Breakfast of Hotel is very poor. Only bread toast, Tea, Bhattura & potato vegetable of low quality is offered in breakfast. Even there is no coffe available. 6. Initially you agreed for 2 half day & 1 full days sight seeing facility at Manali but later on after taking advance you changed it to 1.5 days. 7. Even on 19th the local signt seeing your counter part Agent is agreed to come at 3.00 P.m. not even ? day. We don?t now how further they will keep the commitment. Please explain why the matter should not be taken up in Consumer court and damage should be claimed from your firm for such conduct. Sushil Kumar Ahuja
