I would like to thank you for the wonderful trip you organised for me and my family for Thailand. It was the best holiday so far. actually we were a family group traveling from jaipur....the agent from india was not able to coordinate properly with the malaysian local agent...may be because of the time zone difference between the two countries and their malaysian agent was very non cooperative in all matters...we just wasted maximum of time there roaming here and there as we were unaware of anything there.... in simple words we can say that this tour was just a hotch potch

Pathetic agency. Did not deliver what was promised. Still almost 6000 Rs to be recovered from the agency. We got mentally tortured. I suggest everyone to not go with this agency. If I don't get my refund, I am planning to sue the agency.
