Our travel agent was miss Humaira (Explosure travels). A very helpful lady who made our journey so memorable we stayed at hotel SHEFAF Srinagar, a well equipped hotel with 3 star category. New Bombay group of house boat at fal lake where the dinner was so yummy .SHONMARG, Gulmarg and Pahalgam tour was so excited. Each and every time our travel agent miss Humaira monitored our location and wanted to know about the driver's behavior, any specific requirements, etc ,etc. The trip was awesome and I

Good hotel, good drivers, and Overall experience was good, but there was a lack of communication between the operations department and the drivers. Though money was given and acknowledged, the drivers got instructions from their travel agency to collect the amount from us.
They were not given the customer's numbers and hence it was creating confusing. The drivers should be given the hotel contact number and they should inform the customers on the previous day itself about the driver's number and car number.

Nice arrangements, small hotel rooms and package food in Shimla & Manali is only veg. Overall Package is good and response is good.

AC Innova Transport & Driver both excellent. Alleppy House Boat/Munnar Hotel Rooms were so so. Covalam Hot el Rooms "DREAMS" were bad & having no facility of Lunch/Tea/Dinner etc. Pick up and drop back points were both Trivandrum Air Port. It is perceived that SIT(agent) made huge profit.

the tour of Rajasthan arranged by Shine India was hassle free and without any breakdowns on the road the drivers of innova car drove the vehicles within the speed limit ensuring safety but they lacked professionalism and always worried about the tips and comission on purchasing and therefore were more interested in our shopping and many a times openly involved in such activities inspite of our clear displeasure for petty shopping .the subletting of tour to KIRTHI TOURS of Jaipur was a wrong decision as the tour operator was disgusting.
