From the first day receiving us from Haridwar Railway station moving to Badrinath covering all the places and drop us back to Haridwar they have taken care of us. The driver of the vehicle (Prem) is very supportive and helped us very well. My mother fell sick on the ghat and they supported us very well to continue our trip and make it successful. Sharma tour is a local tour operator in Haridwar, we booked our badri-kedar yatra with him overall experience was good.

driver was not cooperative. he has not shown all the places mentioned in the tour plan. we are not happy.

due to train delay we reached haridwar on 22nd june morn. however, mr sharma arranged accommodation which we liked.vehicle arranged for package tour. one hotel in one place was horrible and after badrinath we arranged our hotel and paid from our pocket.

Very bad service of Sharma tour and travel. I Already pay him helicopter ticket for Kedarnath ji, but he not given me tickets. when I demand tickets copy by what's app he told don't worry but when we reached in there he told we were trying for it. We lost two day's for tickets but he not provide.
