Room service very good but dinner service very bad for last hotel

as per package, Individual CAB to be provided on day-1 & day-3 for Local sight seeing forget about CAB they sent a bike to Bus Stand for pickups. No cab provided even on Day-3. for Day-2 even they failed to provide CAB for Rotang Pass, I had to travel thru a Bus by paying Rs 1500/-. I didnot paid Rs 5000/- which was committed. Requested not to make false comments which not only put visitors in problem, even they will loose trust on all Travel Agent

I was travel with bharat booking holiday pvt.ltd. But very very poor service and bed all staff and rubis service provided..and not to go future travel with thise compny. So this BHATRAT BOOKING HOLIDAY PVT.LTD. is chif company.so dont go any one travel with pls

Hotel is not good my seven days tour pack the company gives us only 6 days food is not good such a worst trip of my life just because of the tour company.
