Very much satisfied. Organisation, planning was flawless. Hotels, lunch services and car driver were excellent. At no time during the trip party has given a single moment &/or any problem where I have to complaint or phone them. This type of management and service is required to create confidence in local tour operators. I rate their services 9 out of 10. One is reserved to strive them for yet to get excellence.

I booked for a ten day tour programme with Saral Holidays. We were a group of 8 (4 families). Every year we make a similar trip and Gujarat was the destination for this year. Saral holidays gave us a wonderful holiday, and they were with us from the moment we reached the airport and the marketing manager (Ms Sonia) personally met us before our departure. Even at odd hours their vehicle and driver was available for pick up and drop. The hotels selected were clean, comfortable and pleasant with courteous staff, good food and everything we needed. We were picked from Ahmedabad Airport. We were dropped at Airport back on last day in a AC vehicle. It was a 12 day tour (11 nights). We had opted for a 3 star hotels. The hotels at Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Mt Abu and Zainabad ( little Rann of Kutch) Dwaraka and Somanath were good. It would have been better if they had arranged our stay elsewhere at Sasan Gir (the room and attached toilet was too small and the surrounding at the hotel is good. food was ok. People were hospitable). The driver should have adequate knowledge of the tourist places and also requirements. The whole tour went of smoothly.

the experience was awsome..the hotels were very decent and the car package was also very good...overall it was very cost effective

We were happy about the arrangements made at different places except at Bhuj(nakatran). Sonia Sing was co operative & helped us whenever called. Thank You for arranging Gujarat Trip as memorable one.

Hi, It was a wonderful experience to see Wild Assam through Saral Holidays. Only Matter of concerned was the use of mustard oil in food, which we were not use to, it required few days to get that taste acclimatize. Thank you for every thing.
