The price was reasonable. Vehicle & driver were very good. Even though some of of the hotel rooms were very small, most of them were neat & services were good.

Due to some other works it is delayed to give the feed back. Ok let me tell the first thing about Sangham Tours, it was so good about the way you plan the entire tour and arrangements. But we are all unhappy with the vehicle and its drivers, because of them it was delayed to go to Trivandrum and to reach Madurai. and we were not able to see Tirunelveli and also we reached Madurai at 3 AM. We Strongly suggest you , here after dont give transportation contract to that particular persons who troubled a lot. Except that transportation, Sangham Tours gave us a wonderful and a memorable trip.thank you so much, regards,

Nice but costly

I like all the arrangements that I asked for and enjoyed the trip with my family.

Whole trip was a pleasure. Only houseboat in Alleppey was not perfect as it was infested with ants, and also water coming from tap was coming from river, which was unacceptable.

My travel agent Sangham Tours was helpful and customised my trip to Kodaikanal. Pondicherry, Mahaballipuram and Chenai as per my requirement.....the hotels and transport provided were satisfactory. Ashok Banerji

Experience with Sangham tours was Good . However, hotel in Tirupati " Gopi Krishna" was below expectation and had mosquitoes in room . Hotel in Ooty " SK Palms" ,service and food was Poor and staff had little idea about there service responsibilities.

was not inform of the rainy weather at kerela.sight seeing was a wash out and had to incurr additional expenses for unexpected expenditure. no more comment. valueable lessons learnt.

Hello Sir, all were fine there, i have good experience but main problems was we did not get darshan in tirupati balaji temple b.caz there were very crowd but i saw in chennai many travel agent have provide to Sheegra Darshan Ticket of 300 hundred in Tirupati , but when we were go tirupati window was closed then i could not enter in the temple, that is the very big problem for us.

Overall tour experience is average(May be bad). First the driver given to us was not knowing Hindi nor English. We requested earlie that he should at least understand English. The only word he knew was'OK',nothing else. It was really bad experience for 8 days with him, as neither he, nor we were able to cimmunicate properly.In first three days, his mobile was not reachable many times(not because of tower signals, but probably his boss wud have stopped it deliberately for some time).Worst part, you cant tell him anything, as he doesnt communicate?? Then , Good part was Ooty.Hotel were reasonably good. Hotel at Mysore was average(not 3 star as was promised). The most bad part of tour was Kodaikanal, where the hotel provided was extremely poor, with pathetic service.No room service after 9.30 pm, and no house keping staff in hotel. One person was all responsible for reception, house keeping and room service(even in day time).Flush in toilet not working and towels were unwashed.And i paid for a 3 star facility??My wife sufered food poisoning after eating food on arrival night, and remained so for whole 3 days at Kodai. She had to consult a doctor there and got medicine. HOTEL WAS MORE LIKE A LODGE AND WE FEEL CHEATED AS WE PAID FOR 3 STAR FACILITY.
