It was awesome, arrangement was good,

manali was owesome, but shimla was boaring

Experience was below expectation & what ever they have committed has not been fulfilled. This they are doing with all travellers as in route we met 3 group of people all were unsatisfied with them. They feel they can fool people but it is very very bad in the long run.

I travelled through Sampuran Yatra and now I think it was one of my worst decisions. They promised me three star service and charged me for that but actually it was worse than 2 star. When I asked them they gave me bizarre excuses like peak season and unavailability. When I inquired myself at the hotels they promised, rooms were available. The room they gave me was in fifth floor and it had no lift and also no generator for power back up. Moreover the behavior of one of the executive s was very rude. Anybody who is considering this agent please think twice.
