Seriously very good service

completely repent on selection of this travel had worst and pathetic experience of my life of last 7 days which we spent agent had serious mental problems as he doesnot listen and agree to any shortfalls he started arguing and raising his voice even in some occasion he used tum and said typical bihari had worst selection of hotel which is far away of visited place just to make his money neither intecom, bathroom combord, shower were working fine as having all video shoot with me

initially the hotels were ok but half way down onwards the hotels and other services booked were not of the ratings agreed on .in fact i would not recommend this tour operator for anyone else. the premises of this operator is just to hackle and harass the traveller who in fact feels cheated

the most unprofessional and arrogant person that rakesh is.first they confirmed that they are okay with only 2k as an advance so 2 days before my tour,he yelled and hung up on me saying we are not interested as he got more money from someone else.good luck with that sir !!!

Mr Rakesh tour operator cut my phone on the last day on our return journey after a huge arrogant conversation. we were in deep trouble as we have reach kochi to catch the flight from kovalam.
