If we ignore some minor problems and communication gap, it was very nice trip and credit goes to Rising Star. They had provided all the services as per expectations except hotel Lake Shore at Thekkady. The room, service and food all were a very low grade. The hotel at Munnar was changed without any information to us. It creates some problem to us in searching but anyway the alternate hotel which was provided was very nice with all respect. In short I would like to avail Rising Star services in future also.
