we, all 10 people including kids stayed in Hotel Vishnu Palace, Gandhi Chawk, Mussoorie during 5th to 7th May 2015, which was booked by Rids Travel, Delhi. The hotel was fabulous. Our stay was comfortable, clean rooms, washrooms are cleaned, tasty food. Even hotel service was good, reception people are cooperative. Overall we liked this hotel. Thanks to Rids Travel.

I got really quick response from your side, I appreciate. We got several quotations n unfortunately we selected Rids Travels, Which was a very very bad experience. Their co-ordination was really pathetic. On the last day when we returned from Delhi, it was a horrible experience which taught us a lesson for life. Inspite of spending 3 days in nainital, we could not visit Mukteshwar and also we could not visit Ranikhet which was really disappointing. Also we had paid extra money from our pocket in nainital for almost 12 people. We will not at all recommend Rids travel to anyone. He made us run all the time with family (including one senior citizen 66 yrs old and 1 kid 4 yrs old) as he did not arrange for transport to railway station at any point. Also he played a dirty game that he instructed one of the driver to move for Old delhi railway station instead of new delhi which caused delay in reaching at Railway station and we would have missed the train. Please make sure that you wont recommend this Rids Travel to anyone. Thanks
