We was stayed in Poinisuk in Shillong for two days in m.a.p.plan.at Kaziranga we stayed in Iora resort.at Guwahati I was stopped in cygnet inn repose for two days.we was travelled by a.c innova car with good driver.this hotels given good foods.service was good.i like service of ride n climb.and am satisfied by their itenanery.i like it very much

My tour was awesome, facilities provided by Ride and climb was awesome. It was Great time spend with them. But hotel qualities might to be improved little bit in Shillong. Rest was amazing trip.

Everything was ok except the behaviour of hotel staffs at mylliem guest house in upper shillong and shortage of parking place at a m bread and breakfast at shillong.special mention for the ambience at memeai resort at cherrapunjee.it was awesome.will be back there soon.

Co-ordination and arrangements were fine.

1. The trip: overall it was good experience with the tour operator.

2. vehicle : it was good and comfortable vehicle. the vehicle provided for Bumla Pass - Tata Sumo was in very poor shape. most uncomfortable with seat backs almost upright. All through burnt diesel smoke could be smelt within the vehicle-some issue with its exhaust system.The driver Mr. Choudhury, was knowledgeable and was decent and polite.

3. Hotels: Most of the hotels arranged were satisfactory - clean, helpful staff and decent breakfast. Worst were in Tawang _ Dolma Khangsar Guest House(clean but smelly - pets dogs, without power back up, more like a family run establishment with minimum facilities-we had to change on paying extra to other hotel) and in Bomdila Lungta Residency(although clean-but very noisy on the main road, and with bare minimal amenities even to hang clothes was difficult). At Guwahati we had to upgrade to a better room at Hotel Rialto, but the agency accepted and footed the extra bill.

The package was for three persons car pick up from Gauhati Airport and drop to Gauhati Airport hotel stay with breakfast and dinner complimentary. Excellent arrangements.

sir Ride and climbe adventure charged full amount though we have Cancelled booking of two persons well in advance its not as per rule. There is lack of coordination amoung staff they have accepted that they have charged more but not returning the amount of rs 24000/ over all our trip was good Please look in to the matter and tell them to return the money that isthe cost of 1 room which wehave cancelled 1month back

They have given us a very unprofessional driver. His name was Nitu. He was not at all cooperative and very adamant. Very bad experience with the driver.

Our experience was worst with this ride and climb co.They hv not booked a room at guwahati hotel.Thnx to the hotel who provide us a room.

This tour agency is totally a worst agency. The agency members have no coordination among themselves. they promised me one thing, but did entirely another.
