it was my and my group worst e & horrible xperience. we booked 4n/5d pkg of hydrrabad tour include with all inclusion lunch/dinner with parking, toll & all visit place viz ramoji, wonderela, lumbini lazer light, gondafort, market, ..etc. really worst tour operators ever.......company director mr. karan singh bisht who work as operation manager only believes in making money from their customer and provide 3rd class treatment. not as per our expectations and itenrary plan what they say to custom

worst service. the itinerary planned was incorrect and many places planned in itinerary was not shown to us. the driver's skip places by saying traffic jam, place is closed etc. only positive thing was the hotel which was very good. but they didn't give us the hotel that we asked initially. worst worst people.

We were about to pay Rs. 16000, but soon after the payment of 50% of the money, the agents didn't picked our calls and texts. Also, they changed our stay hotel without prior permission and cut off our ranikhet trip. Just a fucking money minded nerds. Don't indulge in that way making money, that you forget that you too are a human being.. Don't know how you sleep peacefully after ruining someone's trip and hurting them. Really disappointed. Don't do any trip with this agency.

There was no proper communication provided to driver. Driver was not aware of the local places. Unfortunately we visited Ellora caves on Tuesday which was weekly holiday. We had to miss out the important place. Also the hotel rooms booked were not of good quality. For the amount which I had paid, the hotel was not worth. Hotel charges were only 800rs/room/day. I had paid 40,000 and in the quote it was told 2Star hotel will be provided. Overall the trip was disappointing!!

Worst experience and they still have my 3000 to be paid back. I will not suggest this to anyone.

It was my worst experience.We booked 3N/4D package of Coorg,Expectations of what they say to customers is not what they do. They were suppose to provide a good stay for us in Coorg, infact they gave options of 4 hotels to us to choose. We choose a hotel of our choice from the options they gave. They asked to pay the advance amount,we paid 10,000/- rs.Once the payment was made,they provided very low cheap quality hotels which was not listed in package.Not trustworthy.They spoiled our vacation.

It is a worst experience with Redefine Holidays. No proper response. No customer concern. No respect. No proper guidance. Irresponsible replies when any queries asked with Redefine Holidays agents. Seems like completely Money Minded.

I overall experience was very bad due to unprofessional ha dling by the travel agency 1 The travel dates were confused and without our confirmation they decided the travel dates which were later revised after lot of persuasion 2 For the travel they assigned a school bus drive who doesnt know the places thereby wasting lot if travel time and the all ladies team had to hire the local guides themselves 3 The travel agents quarelled about payments and threatened to halt the Tempo midway
