I have to say everything about our vacation was organized really well by Ankur, the representative of prudent holidays,and would have gone fine it we didn't have a medical emergency with one of our party. Once the situation was explained to him, he went above and beyond in helping us do what we needed to do. I would absolutely go with this organization again and thank Ankur for all his concern and help.

The room package food everythng was good, but the travel agency people were horrible thy have not informed to the resort people regarding our check out time half day we sat in reception, the agency people especialy the lady who was in touch with us Ms.Nirupama and in tht one help line number war there both of them were telling continuos lie. last day of our tour was got spoiled in this fighting only if you want to visit goa contact directly through Alor resort people dnt go through this agency instead of getting relaxed in the tour u wil get more depressed. The Alor resort and there service was really really good

yeah really enjoyed ,specially driver with cab language known person so it'll help for us , but need little improvement in pricing ..

hotel at simala was not even fit for animals, staff no good and not help full at all rude rooms dripping from top donot book to any body. for long trip taxi should be in good condition twice broke down got late at chandiragh and able to catch my transportation to delhi when we reached jamu we waited 2hrs for it taxi was broken taxi driver was helpful its all owner deciding for him.this vacation one of kind to remember

During Negotiation they agreed for all. But when we resume the tours Surprises for some of the item not included in Package. I have paid extra Rupees over and above the package cost. Safari I have booked with package also not satisfactory.

Not very good. The hotels provided were not upto the mark, especially at Corbett. The hotel in Bhimtal was almost 15 kms away from Nainital.

I am obliged to say that before starting on the tour I was skeptical about the arrangements Mr.Joy Mazumdar of Prudent Holidays had made. First I will tell you about the accommodations. We two, me 61 and my companion 75, had asked for twin bed rooms in particular. At midnight we reached Kanyakumari Seaface hotel and found a double bed room had been booked for us. Before reaching Kovalam the next day I had called one Mr.Jilson John who told he was Prudent's Kerala representative. On my request he had arranged for a twin bed room. At Alleppy the house boat was the worst of all we could see around. The boat could not take us to the point where all other boats were reaching .
The boatman told the boat did not have license to go there. At Kotayam the home stay was located at the end of the town and the location given to us was not known to local people. There was no place to eat for the driver. We had to pay for his dinner and breakfast at the home stay. At Thekaddy the hotel was near the Tiger Reserve which was off the route to Perriyar. Hence we could not visit either Perriyar Lake, Perriyar Forest or the Elephant Training Camp. Thrissur was O.K but the home stay was at the end of. the town. At Kodaikanal the resort was 4 km out of Kodaikanal.
The cottage booked did not have provision for twin beds. The path, steps and terrace leading to the cottage was littered with crowding. The changed cottage too did not have twin beds. A sofa cum bed was spread and I had to sleep on that. Food was horrible.At Kochi the room allotted had the problems like door lock was not working, telephone was out of order, one part of the bath cubicle was broken, AC remote was not working resulting in the room temperature going down to 18 and soaring to 27 the whole night. On the first night we had to go out for dinner leaving the room unlocked with our luggage inside. Next day the was changed because we put our foot down in protest.

We had paid Rs. 16900 each as airfare. Forward journey Kolkata to Trivandrum via Chennai cost us Rs.7667 each. Return journey ticket Kochi Kolkata via Bangalore did not show the fare. Asked Mr.Mazumdar had the reply it was a group booking so no mention of fare.
Toyota Etios was provided for the entire tour. The driver had not been briefed about the itinerary. He had not taken us to all theplaces mentioned in tour plan. He was well behaved.
The tour programme had proved Mr.Mazumdar is not versed with Kearla. Most of our days were days were spent in the car traveling.
No accommodation booking voucher quoted tariff. I had asked for it at three places , Kodaikanal, Thrissur and Kochi. They are respectively Rs. 2700,2100 and 2800( hotel reception told could be less because it online booking)
I hope you will read the review with patience redress the grievances we have. I have travelled with a number of tour operators and in each case had known tariff of the place we stayed in. At one point of time Mr.Mazumdar had told he was earning only Rs. 4500 from this trip costing Rs.69000. Please, get back to me with an answer how much money we have lost in this trip along with making arrangement for the return we deserve.
Mr.Joy Mazumdar has spoilt the name of Prudent Holidays as well as Hello Travel. I trusted travel operator you referred and had this terrible experience for 10 days.
