Entire trip and room arrangements were great. But still needs to find best places to stay as though hotel we checked in was good but could not say the best for couples. Our driver was friendly, but from my side make some good packages so it would be useful.

Overall a very disastrous experience. The driver of the vehicle provided by the travel agency was totally irresponsible. After our tour of Mysore zoo, the driver could not be contacted. We called him 150 times but he did not respond a single time. Our aged mother was in the vehicle with him and this became a cause of utmost concern to all of us. We along with kids were stranded in mysore for 3 hours and we lost half day in search of the vehicle and driver. Totally irresponsible.

As per your recommendation booked a cab with Poorva travels and Mr. Rajesh has confirmed that 12/KM (Innova AC vehicle) and agreed for 1k less from the total cost but when we completed our journey we paid full amount since driver or cab service person not aware of 1K settlement. When checked with travels they promised to refund but its not settled . So I request to don’t recommend Poorva travels any of your valuable customer. Also KM was charged starting from Travel office not pickup point.

The driver did not take us to the places we wanted to go.. We talked with the owner later and made him understand it was very difficult for us so we were not at all satisfied about it....
