Excellent the driver Mr. Ravi was very cooperative all the hotels were good well arranged fully satisfied.

A very nice experience in the totality of prompt and continuous services provided by M/s Pitambara Holidays. We are very well satisfied with the quality of services and assistance so provided by Mr. Singh, all along, before as well as subsequent to completion of trip.

Rest all is fine. Commitments fulfilled. Volvo bus was not good in terms of TV not working otherwise all is well. Committed Resort was good. Food was superb.

Mr. R P Singh from Pitambra Holidays was very helpful & courteous. The resort recommended by him was also pretty much good "Corbett/Rick Aroma Park", though the food was not upto the mark. But the resort staff was always ready to do whatever they could do best. I'm highly satisfied.

We had gone for Uttrakhand tour for 10 days. The hotels booked by the agent and food provided at the hotels were very nice along with great ambience and views from the room. Even the camp at Rishikesh was good.It was very nice experience.The only dissapointing aspect was the tempo travel service(Sehgal Travels). The driver was very uncooperative, arrogant and at times rude and lot of our time was wasted inside the tempo only. Except this blemish rest of the arrangements were nice. P.S: One Star deducted due to tempo travel service

All the hotels are very good except Mukteshwer. hotel of koshani is very beautiful, vehicle was good and driver is cooperative and efficient. All experience was good. Mr r.p. Singh is very helpful and time to time he enquired about our comfort and discomfort. Thank you so much pitambar holidays.

Thanks for arranging holiday for family in uttarakhand. It was great planning from pitambra holidays. Communication was good to us and hotels was very good. Cab arrangement was well managed with supportive driver. Cab created problem for battery which was bit of hassle. Overall its was very good experience .

The trip was nice. The Inova driver, Mr.Binder was a dcent driver. Hoted De Vivendi was also good. The staff-& the service was satisfactory. But the the Quality of Food was not satisfactory. The Dinning Hall stinks due to carpet & improper vantilation. There is no receration facilities. Thanks. A.K.Tripathy

All was good but only thing that we did not received was the candle light dinner and a cake that was complimentary with the package.

Experience was not good there was no proper communication between travel agent about terms decided every time need to contact to agent Very bad experience in nainital hotel three days there was no water in rooms no attending staff in hotel everyone only wants his share customer is least priority

we found that the touring agent was a fraud he never gave us any facility in hotel.
