i contacted 4 tour operators online for my 16 day kerala tour and found peacock holidays the best based on the keen interest shown by them in planning my trip in quick time. they arranged hotels that were very comfortable, made a perfect itinerary and also arranged a new toyota etios with a skilled and amazingly well-mannered driver. special thanks to ms praseeda who took exceptional care of us throughout the trip. never had a more satisfying trip

the trip was really enjoyable and remarkable. the driver harish is good and his behaviour and attitude is really good, he made our trip wonderful. if anybody is interested to go on a trip we suggest to choose peacock holidays.

The trip went exactly as planned. No confusion anywhere. The taxi Driver Joby was extra courteous and helpful. The resort service and food was excellent. They prepared special fish dishes as per our request and served it. The house boat was very enjoyable. Boat operator and others knew what was hospitality and were very good hosts. Explained all the scenic spots. Even though a hartal was declared in the district in the last minute the taxi driver took care to take us out safely. During this time also he took us to the temples which had been planned. A Pleasant tour indeed!

overall its a good experience. enjoyed a lot at boat house and Munnar. Thekkady is the only place place where we disappointed and rest all enjoyed alot thanks for all arrangements.

In Kumarakom Houseboat was not clean. very untidy. All other things were very good.

Good experience, but facing some problems as per itinerary plan, we would not saw all sight seen in Cochin and Trivendrum. Due to the travel time {as he mentioned} in the tour program the hours of transferring time is too high in comparison to actual time given in schedule. secondly the driver was not known all the route he reaches to the destination from asking the route by the local persons and not full ency in Hindi/English language.
