It was very good experience to have tour to DUBAI thru passion tourism. Really it was comfortable stay and site scenes professionally managed. My family enjoyed a lot without any difficulty. Passion Tourism organised and delivered an amazing holiday for us in Kerala. The hotels they booked for us were of a very high standard. The car was comfortable with lots of space and air conditioning. The itinerary was interesting and included things we wouldn't have seen without them. We think the company offered excellent value for money as well. Our driver for the trip, Ajay, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took great pride in his work. We felt very well looked after and very safe with him. We would rate our trip to Kerala as one of the best holidays we have ever had, we are already recommending Passion Tourism to our friends and family for Kerala and Dubai Tour arrangements.

When I began planning our family trip to Dubai, I was happy to learn of Passion Tours via Hello Travel. I knew nothing about attractions or appropriate activities for my 3 children, photographer husband and shop-o-holic me! Their recommendation meant a great deal to me and so after looking at several tourism companies, I chose Passion as a result of great communication, good price quotes and professionalism. Kirin at Passion Tourism answered all of my questions and concerns nearly daily for several weeks. We stayed in Dubai for 4 nights and 3 days and were able to experience a dhow cruise, city tour and Desert Safari. All tours, as well as airport arrival, included pick-up (transfers) and drop-off. We did not have to arrange any transportation at all and I really appreciated that. We only took a taxi and the metro once, on the hours that we were not wrapped up in our tours. All vehicles were new and clean vans that fit our family comfortably. I asked him to find a hotel near the Gold Souk and very close to the Metro station and he did. We stayed in the Flora Grand Hotel and the station was one block away! Breakfast was included in our package and we were pleased with it. The hotel was lovely and was very clean. The staff all spoke very good English and responded to our needs immediately. Our family of 5 all felt very comfortable there. We even took the Metro to the Mall. It was about 6 stops away, but it only cost 6.50 AED and kept us out of traffic! Our first tour was the dhow cruise on Dubai Creek. We arrived around 7pm and enjoyed a dinner buffet. I would recommend a different dhow cruise company, though, as the food was not as tasty as we had hoped. We were also the only Americans on the boat and felt very out of place. We would have preferred to be grouped with a variety of foreigners, and not just Indian and Pakistani?s. Other than that minor detail, the entertainment was good and we enjoyed seeing all the buildings at night as well as the other dhow boats cruising by. The next day, we took a private city tour. Our tour guide spoke very good English and gave us a brief history of each place he showed us in Dubai: The Kings Palace, Atlantis, Burj Kalifa, and Gold Souk. At the end of our tour, we stayed at the Gold Souk and shopped our hearts away. It was so much fun as we were able to get very inexpensive souvenirs. Later that afternoon, we were picked up for the Desert Safari. This by far was everyone?s favorite. The company that Kirin chose for us was absolutely superb! The driver was very professional and drove on those sand dunes with such ease and enjoyment! The food at the desert camp was the best on our Dubai trip. My daughter and I had our hands painted with henna, my husband smoked the hubbly bubbly ?shisha,? and our sons ?sand boarded? down the sand dunes! Our last day was filled with our own schedule. We stayed at the Dubai Mall and took the children to ?Build-A-Bear Workshop? where they were able to make their own stuffed animals and purchase bear sized clothing for them! They also enjoyed the Aquarium and the huge candy store. We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse and then ended our evening at the mall?s movie theater. What a wonderful trip we had, and all thanks to the coordination of Kirin and his team at Passion Tourism. Thank you for diligently helping us create the perfect mini-vacation! My travel agent is from Passion Tourism. Our trip driver cum Guide is of Rahman. Local Agent who support us is Shajahan. Toatal tour was nice.

Extraordinary. With out friends and relatives We had a better reception and well organized trip.

overall, things went fairly well. pick up at dock OK but on arrival at hotel, they wanted the second half of the price in cash. I had agreed to pay on arrival but they neglected to tell me they wanted cash. this necessitated going to an ATM that was an adventure in itself. first evening had a dhow dinner cruise on the creek that went well - enjoyable. next day was desert sand dune drive. that part went well but when we finished with the dunes, we were dropped where the show and barbeque were to take place and there was nothing to do for almost 2 hours but sit around. show started about 7 PM followed by fair food dinner and then more show. when it was finally over, we went up the hill to get your ride back to the hotel. big mixup with transportation and we had to wait almost 45 minutes before our car arrived. finally got back to the hotel. following day they arrived to pick us up for your city tour which was not what was advertised. car took us to a staging area after picking up another family and there we waited for almost 45 minutes before the big bus arrived. we drove around for a bit before parking and being led to a spice store. this was alright but we never did get to the gold souk. back on the bus and driven to jumeriah beach where some people got off and wandered about. back aboard, we drove over to the terminal for the monorail out to the atlantis resort where we waited while the guide took a family to get on a train. we then drove out to the resort where some people got off to walk on the beach. bus then went looking for family who rode the train, finally finding them. when everyone back aboard, bus returned to staging area where we got back in car for ride back to hotel. had call that night from Passion Travel and when he was informed of what was missing from city tour - dhow creek cruise, and Heritage village, he made arrangement to pick us up the next morning and took us to the Heritage village which we enjoyed very much.
