Dear Ramchandran, Here in this email, I would like to post my review about the recent trip arranged by you Ramchandran/Pasanth Destinations. Thanks for making the trip so memorable. My Wife and I desperately needed a break from routine IT life, more importantly sometime together away from routine work life. None of us had ever visited Kerala. We took the opportunity of my sister joining in TCS Trivandrum to visit Kerala India's tropical Malabar Coast and made our travel plans. After some discussions on places to visit, tourist attractions. We selected Munnar, Alleppey, Trivandrum. We decided to "outsource" our travel arrangements. After an elaborate research on different package tours, we selected Pasanth Destinations. Pros about Pasanth Destinations 1. They understood our requirement and came up with better package / places that can be covered with in the provided schedule. Thanks to Ramchandran for coming up with an itinerary that meets our requirement/schedule. 2. Coordination/Caring throughout the tour was appreciated. 3. Arrangements were fantabulous. Especially the Resort "Tea Valley" provided in Munnar. It is just not a stay in hotel room. It has the rich greenery gifted by the surrounding tea estates. It offers vibrant facilities Indoor Games Facility, Tree Hut, Adventure activities like ROCK CLIMBING, JUMARING, RAPPELLING, MOCK RIVER CROSSING & FREE HAND CLIMBING etc with gracious hospitality. 4. Most Important, our driver MR. Sanoj & Bharat were awesome. Professional, Fast Friendly & Very Cooperative throughout the trip. They never bothered about the KM reading/time and tooks us to all the places we wish to see. Special thanks to Sanoj & Bharat for your service offered. The issues that we faced with the other agents were 1. They offered us packages that didn't suit our requirement or schedule 2. They didn't briefed about places they going to cover with the provided package. In other words, they simply provided the route map instead of describing the places to visit. 3. I had put an enquiry at the hellotravel website and had received a call from Ramachandran Pasanth destinations within the next few minutes. Subsequently, our itinerary was shared and customised basis our convenience to suit my aged parents. Must say that quotes shared by Pasanth destinations was economical for us as well. During the travel between 10th to 14th August 2017, our experience was very good at all the resorts that we stayed and the driver Sarangan who took us around was of great help to us. It was a good experience. The quality of hotels are good but the food quality was not up to the mark.. As we want to see the natural beauty of Kerala they had shown us some good places but it was not good enough that we expected and seen in photographs..But overall all the arrangements and facilities are satisfactory...
