It was a good experience with Pack N Go Holidays. We visited Kerala in the month of January(2016).Everything was as per plan. The rooms they provided were good. The local schedule of the programme was well planned. The best part of the trip was the availability of local cab(Tavera),which was in a very good condition. We really appreciate the cab driver Mr.Livin, who guided us in the whole trip. He was very efficient, punctual and well mannered. He made the whole programme enjoyable. We also appreciate the help we got from Ms.Santosh Katoch of Pack N Go Holiday. Her guidance during the whole trip made us very comfortable.Her way of dealing with the customer and the patience she has, as well as her professionalism is really commendable. Overall, Pack N Go Holiday is really a good travel agent. One small suggestion :The programme coordinators or the people who can be approached in case of emergency (in our case Mr.Kaushal Kishor)of the Pack and Go Holiday needs to be more professional while customer face any issue during the trip. Trip was good. few information was not shared by Pack n Go holiday officer, which i think they should have shared with us so that our commuting would be more easy. earlier their was a goophf with taxi driver but later it was sorted out, in winter it is not suggested to take houseboat and this was not commuted by the person making the package for us rather one should have stayed in Gulmour and rest of the trip was good

8 day trip to Ladakh was excellent and a memorable one. Ladakh is really a Paradise in India. Coming to M/s Pack and Go Holidays the accommodation and food for 5 nights at Spic and Span, and Ulley Eco Resort, Ulley(1day) and I day with M/s Natures Nest North camp at Nubra valley were Excellent and one night halt and food at Natures Nest Camp at Pangong lake was bad. Only thing is that the tour organisers have not structured the itinerary properly for instance after two days of hectic trip to Nubra valley and return to Leh for night halt fixed again a long and tedious journey to Pangong lake next day early morning itself where facilities for stay and food and extreme cold condition made unbearable for a night halt. Least importance was given for local sightseeing at Leh and we need one day exclusively for that. Transport facilities for 7 days out of 8 days was Good and for local sightseeing not included in the package and had to be paid separately. Rest Okay.

It was fantastic. I would love to visit again Manali.

Hotel chip

The choice of hotels was good, but the travels through which our car was booked was not good. First car which we were provided its AC was not working and the window panes of back door were permanently locked (At Cochin), then we travelled in that car till munnar where it was changed then in between its AC was not working properly. On 7th day we were arranged a local car to visit Trivandrum as the changed car's engine was not working. Next day when we travelled from Kovalam to Cochin AC was not working and our car was again changed fourth time. Inspire of all this when we just asked taxi owner to go to tiraparappa water falls in between Kanyakumari to Kovalam it was just 20 kilometers extra the taxi owner wasn't interested. We said ok we will pay extra for 20 km. We never asked him to compensate for the inconvenience caused to us by him. How can they provide cars with window panes of back seats locked permanently and AC in horrible condition. On the very first day I told them to change it may be at additional cost. And at thekkeady our hotel grand Thekkady people changed our hotel to some else which was good although. But the room which was booked in our name how can they give them to foreigners, (getting more money)and they were doing this from last so many days. We booked rooms in September. Even we saw two three customers coming to same hotel as our from grand Thekkady and when we refused to go to other hotel Grand Thekkady people said DO NoT CREATE A SCENE HERE.

Day 1. Ernakulam-Munnar Pickup from Ernakulam station - driver calls us and asks us to get down at a station before to avoid delay. It was a good gesture from his part but again as first-time travellers to a new region is best to stick to the itinerary. The indicia car assigned seemed good on the first look but the air conditioning was faulty and wouldn't cool the car even in the 32 degrees outside. The driver was very rash, would constantly overtake even in small streets of the suburbs with incoming traffic on the other lane. He continued this kind of driving even in the hills of Munnar which has very narrow roads. When asked to slow down he said that he needs to hurry since trees keep falling there and we could get stuck for hours. I didn't know how to reach since he wouldn't slow down. He showed us the sites but since we were delayed already due to the train, halts were very small. My wife ended up puking due to his sharp overtakes and turns. He however, kept insisting on getting a massage from a costly place and even took us there. I diverted it saying that it was already late. We were put up at the Misty Mountains hotel with a valley view room. The hotel and the service there was amazing. I informed the Pack and Go local rep regarding the car, that though the AC wasn't needed in Munnar it would be needed later on in the trip. He confirmed to change it next day but that didn't happen until Thekkady. Day 2. Munnar He took us to some places of the Itinerary and skipped some stating that it wasn't worth going. In between he got a call before lunch where he informed that he had to go Tamil Nadu and so his friend would drive for the rest of the day. His friend was no less a rash driver but at least stuck to the itinerary. He also insisted on us getting a massage and took us to another place which was relatively cheaper compared to the previous day. So we did take a message there. I am sure these guys get a cut to get the customers. I was informed by Pack and Go local rep at the end of the day that another driver would take us to Thekaddy next day. Day 3. Munnar-Thekkady A new driver arrives. A very nice guy at driving I would say since he drove much better and took us to the points giving us ample time to spend there. He even insisted that we he would take our photographs. Arrived at Thekkady at 1.30pm. The hotel, Grand Thekkady seemed nice from outside, but was one of the worst hotels of the trips. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The toilet was smelly and had fungus on the shower curtains. We initially missed all this, since we had to leave almost immediately for the 2-hour wildlife boat trip. We went to the hotel restaurant for a quick lunch and since Kerala is a fish centric place we ordered fish. The waiter informed that fish wasn't available and only chicken was there in Non-veg items. Moreover, if we needed fish we might go to another hotel/restaurant. He even recommended hotel Ambadi for that. Later after the wildlife boat ride, we came back to the hotel for a snack, which again was a disaster. For a meager quantity and quality of mixed veg pakora, we were charged Rs 170 (it had few shreds of onion and capsicum only). Day 4. Thekkady - Alleppey Grand Thekkady didn't have the swipe card payment facility. When I complained about the food and the room, they immediately offered a discount which indicated that this kind of thing has happened before. Since I didn't want a discount but a better experience I insisted that I would complain to the higher management. The drive from Thekkady to Alleppey was good but marred by the bad AC. Car wasn't changed yet and when I asked the local rep, he said that the car would be changed the next day after the houseboat checkout. The exact houseboat company wasn't informed properly on email and so it was utter confusion. The local rep didn't have the knowledge and when I called Pack and Go delhi office they took about 30mins to come back with the phone number. Meanwhile we searched the internet and got the phone number and coordinated locally with the Houseboat guy. Houseboat allocated was a decent one for one night. Food was really good on the houseboat and they even cooked for us. Day 5. Alleppey - Kovalam Since the car was changed the next day, the driver was changed too and my Rs 500 were nowhere to be found. I called the local rep and he said that he would adjust it later. The new car had the owner of the agency drive us to Kovalam. Enroute, when he asked about the itinerary, we told him the 2 nights plan. He then informed that the mentioned wildlife sanctuary in the itinerary wouldn't be covered since it is 30kms one way. I called up Pack and Go again. They started off saying that it was typo error and they can't cover the cost. I pointed out them at that point the several small issues that had happened on the trip and that the itinerary was a contract which they had to adhere to. The operations guy wouldn't budge and only after I told him that I would use the internet to point out such problems that Pack and Go puts their customers into, did he accept that he would ask the management for some redressal. Finally he called back saying that management has agreed to provide this trip free. All this after 45mins STD on roaming and raising the blood pressure. Reached Kovalam hotel at around 3.30pm. Hotel Soma Palmshore was great here especially after the Thekkady experience. Day 6. Kovalam Didn't cover much of the itinerary since we went to the wildlife sanctuary. It turned out to be great since, the animals were pretty close here. We returned back early and did some local sightseeing on foot. Later topped it with a massage at the hotel which was at par with the rates in Munnar even though this was a specific ayurveda centric hotel. Day 7. Kovalam-Kochi Visited the temple and palace on the way. Was finally refunded the Rs500. Hotel in Kochi (Sea Lord) was poor but since we reached late in the evening at around 8pm only for a dinner and sleep it was fine. Next morning it was another battle to get a cab to the airport at 7 am in the morning which was aboyt 35km. Ola cab ditched at the last moment. Finally took one of those big autos to the airport. To Summarise 1. Drivers will always try to take you for a massage or a show since they have a cut in all that. 2. Look for a decent driver who can speak hindi/english and would listen to you. 3. Insist on a driver change in case of the above doesnt fit in 4. Holiday Agents/Companies from different part of the country dont have grass-root level idea of the distances and local places. better to go for local agents hailing from that region only Pros of Pack n Go Holidays 1. One point contact available 2. Will offer good hotels, but be sure to review them before you agree 3. Rates are lower/at par with major players Cons 1. Single point contact which also means that if he isnt available then the alternate number mentioned might not have the full details. You might feel stranded in an unknown place 2. Poor coordination between the local rep, HO and drivers 3. Be clear about what is included and what is not to avoid issues and calls later

My experience was not so happening, Thekdi was not the good place in my case and all the holels and city distance was too much and only one stay I liked which was tree house.

1- Not satisfy for hotel place, it is too long (2 km from jageswar Dham ) and in forest & too high reached by foot from pagdandi and no light back up in hotel kept in dark. It is very difficult to reached at hotel with family in that dangerous jangle. 2- Pack n go holidays have been booked my hotel at bhimtal when ever i have asked to book my hotel at nainital, due to that my family could not enjoy evening time nainital trip because it is 24 km far from nainital. 3- The taxi booked by Pack n go holidays the clear data has not be given to driver. The experienec with Pack N Go was not as per my expectation. although i told several times before and after the booking to take care of VOLVO BUS services, LOCAL sight seeing travel arrangements, but we had horrible and worse experience both with Volvo bus for both side of the journey and also the local travel arrangements. i would not recommend anybody to book through your site or your recommended travel agents. The services & experience with such travel agents including the transporter etc is always going to be worse and it fully matches the fearfactor which an ordinary person has before travel. you guys dont care or bother about families, life. just want to mint money.

Negative points:- 1) The agent sublets the transportation(car travel) to other agent that is totally unaware of places to be visited. In-fact in mid of my trip i got call from my travel agent whether i have travelled to Kullu or not AND ASKING ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT TRIP(that i was not taken in reality). It is height of mismanagement that why i was taken to kullu without knowledge of travel agent and if taken then why i am asked for payment for that trip as i never asked for kullu trip. 2) Accommodation was provided at a 2 star hotel on Naggar road end around 3 km away from Mall Road(against a promise of 3 star very good location in Manali). 3) Arrogant and unprofessional attitude of driver. 4) Half the places mentioned in itinerary was not taken by driver and even after telling the travel agent about the issue one or other excuse was given. 5) Itinerary welcome drink on arrival was given that was never served. Positive:- 1) Extravagant charge and false pro-misers. A feel totally cheated even after spending 25k to the travel agent for 3N4D trip. Never ever book a trip through them totally mismanaged travel company.

Fake promises... Did not considers to customer problems...

They didn't arrange anything and took our money.we have to arrange trip by our self.we have wait so much to get money back.

They have charged me Rs. 2700 extra for excursion of Chail in separate day but they mix Chail excursion with Kufri. We reached Chail in Night around 7 p.m and there was all dark and nothing to see.
Last day they drop us at Mall road to roam for 6-7 hour on snow fall in such a cold weather. It was a nightmare for me to book a package with such a cheap travel agent like Pack N Go Holidays. Hotel rooms was dirty and too small.
They promised me they will provide me 3 star property but according to there rooms and cleanliness it was a 1 start property.

Better experience. Taxi not provided. Total tour was in tata sumo instead of Indigo as promised in the tour. No punctuality by the driver of vehicle. No hotel book on 1st June at Patnitop. Harassment by the staff of hotel booked by tour agents. All hotels booked very far places from markets. Main area.

It was good only for one day. On all other four days. Bitter experience. Harassment by the staff of Wood Castle hotel will not be forgotten in my life. After traveling about 8 hours we reach Patnitop hotel who refuse us by saying no booking for you in this hotel. Other staff also misbehave us. We have to wait for one hour after such a long traveling.

At last they offer a servant room for staying without any flesh & heater. Moreover travel agent promised for Indigo car in his tour package but we got tata Sumo & that too was pvt vehicle and not taxi. Private vehicle not allowed for taxi purpose, no claim by insurance co if some tragedy happens. No time punctuality by sumo driver. Hotel booked very far in the vary exterior from market etc.

Very bad experience during entire travelling.

Pack N Go had finalised the deal with Hotel Tangerine Boutique, Calangute-Mapusa Road, Goa. The Hotel had tall promises. My trouble started from the Airport. As confirmed, they had to send an a.c. car with the driver showing a placard with my name and hotel name. in spite of more than 1 hour of searching, I could not find the driver. At 5.30, after contacting the travel agent and the hotel, we were given a local old non-ac car in sweltering heat. I had insisted for a.c. car and the driver stopped me half way and asked me to get into another car sent by the Hotel. Along with the driver, another young man also got into the car. By the time I reached the hotel it was 7.30. p.m. The hotel did not give me a room till 9 p.m. I had pre-booked, prepaid and pre-confirmed a Royal Classic room, and the hotel manager dumped me in a small elite room with cement around. and tried to impress on me that this is Royal Classic. After a kit if argument and interference by the Travel agent they ultimately transferred me to a room which they said is Royal Classique but till this time I am not convinced because, the room did not have a fan, the attached bathrooom's door gets never closed, the wash-basin dirty with water-blockade, mosquitoes, dirty linens and what not. The Hotel hid the fact that they were on a renovation mission. The entire corridor was dusty with cement and tools around. Since they had entertained a student group on emergency, they hotel could not give me a welcome drink or dinner. At 11 p.m. again after a lot of arugement, I was given 2 tava roti and a bowl of rice with dal. Mineral water was charged. This was their item for bufet dinner on all other days followed. If we want something else, you are charged from an average 850 to 1000 per dinner. The Waga Border, their canteen was aptly named...it looked like a battleground between the authoritarian management and the unrelenting canteen employees mostly drawn from North India. Dirty table clothes welcome you. Some how I managed . For 4 days and 3 nights stay, I got 3 nights and 2 days stay. November 5th, the manager (who centralised power of the hotel with her and every employee has to take her permission be4 doing anything), I was told that i would be charged for lunch for my time was only upto 11 a.m. I had left the hotel hungry and angry. To add to my worse feeling, the hotel's car on which I was sent back to airport was intercepted by the Police for not having valid papers including PUC certificate. It took another 45 minutes on the highway, and it is sheer luck that I got the flight waiting in long queue for security-check in for more than 1 hour. I got the flight just as the last entry as the airport officials came to the check in beeline enquiring about people for ahmedabad flight in the que to take us on priority. I back-breaking trip for an old couple. I sincerely request all travellers to Goa just instantly skip this hotel as this is a very dilapidated hotel and they are doing daylight robber I feel. If you value your money, go for an above average hotel. Go by the word of your friend/acquaintance who have visited Goa and never believe the make-belief stories written in beautifully picturised website! SKIP TANGERINE AT THE FIRST INSTANCE. THIS IS MY OPINION. THANKS FOR LISTENING.

Not 1 Star also. its not worth for money that we had paid. At time of booking they have confirmed 3 Star hotels and sedan car for travel. but actual they had provided mini car ALTO. Also in Shimla we stay on Bar and restaurants because they have booked Bar and restaurant instead of Hotel. It was unforgettable experience in Shimla. HelloTravel only responsible for all this.
