Our trip was very exciting. As per our travel plan trip was with an AC tempo traveller, however driver refused to put Air conditioner where ever it requires ( high ambient temperature in excess of above 30 deg C ) since he does not have proper communication from M/s. Overall travel. The Hotel accommodation provided at Chandigarh for an over night stay, Hotel Grand Plaza was very pathetic. Its really a sub standard Hotel. As per our itinerary, we expect a three star Delux accommodation, whereas Hotel Grand Plaza can give a status of a Lodge only. Initially he refused to switch ON air conditioner, since the accommodation is in Delux room.

I used Over All Travel from the first time. It was great and me and my family enjoyed the trip very much.

Good very nice people only concern was making people understand our requirement while ordering room service.other wise it was good hope to come back .

Its good exprience with overalltravels agent but more need some imrovements.in there facalities.

Not good enough. 1. Indica car old - over 165k km run. The suspension gone was Roller coaster rides. No music CD player radio etc. So boring rides. 2. Driver could not understand English much. I managed with my knowledge of Malayalam. 3. Hotels booked were a nightmare. Except Hotel Presidency all other places had issues - Hotel Igloo worst. No fan lights not working bathroom n linen smelling bad. Breakfast pathetic. I had to call and scream at executives of Overall Travel n ask for change of hotel. At Kumarakom at 2 am night electricity gone no ac only mosquitoes. At Tiger Roare lift was non functional. Overall a mixed experience. So pls don't recommend OVERALL.TRAVEL. Regards. Marian

Highly unprofessional and inexperienced. I booked the package on 26.04.2014 for travelling from 13.05.2014 to 19.05.2014 and made the part payment also but no one got in touch with me to inform me about the hotel booking details. I kept on calling them from Mumbai everyday and they kept on telling me that bookings have been confirmed and operations department will be in touch with me.I was to take morning flight on 13.05.2014 at 9 O'clock but till 12.05.2014 they did not confirm the hotel bookings and sent me the details at 6p.m. I had booked a luxury package but they changed all the hotels and I had no other option left as I was to leave next day. Another shock was awaiting at Srinagar Airport when driver showed me the itinerary which had been changed completely and even hotels were further changed. No local representative even bothered to meet us and inform about the change in hotels. Even when I tried to contact him on phone, he was giving evasive replies and never called back.Shikara ride was included in the package cost but we had to pay on our own as no one bothered or accompanied us. Annexe building of Gulmarg resort is a terrible place with terrible bathrooms and we vacated the hotel at 9 in the morning just to avoid the further torture of staying there. Only saving grace in the whole trip was the driver Navjot, a good natured, well behaved, well spoken & well mannered guy. I can go on and on expressing my displeasure. In the same cost I would have booked a good package through Cox & Kings or Make my trip.They just cheated me. SO BEWARE AND THINK TWICE before booking a package with OVERALL TRAVELS.

i booked my trip with overall travels but i m disappointed b coz of their cheating After the organiser received the full payment from u/signed and played a trick and abolished dinner from the package during stay in hotel before booking sent me a mail that "dinner with night stay for 3 nights but later a day b4 after receiving payment in full mailed me that trip incudes only breakfast I was not in a position a day b4 only to fire them and kept quiet but in my next tour i will not believe any of the traveller agents I m not intrested at all with any package from anyone

It was worst trip ever. I wad confirmed 3 star accommodation on mail, but what i recvd is stinky lodge. I booked my hotel in munnar and paid extra 7200 to hotel. I mailed the bill but got refund of 3600 only and that too after 1 month and more than 50 reminders on mail. My phone was unanswered all the times. My hotel in thekkedy wad 55 km away from thekeddy. Lost entire day traveling in taxi. A serious no to overall travels. These guys are cheats.

Booking through Overall Travel Pvt. Ltd. proved to be night mare. This agency did not bother for the hotel bookings. they had alternative bookings of hotels through other agents which had no bookings with the hotels. I had to pay extra and also to run for the hotels bookings. this only happened because I had made full payment in advance. I still have vouchers of hotel bookings of Overall travels unused with me. I got an other friend booked through them who has the same experience like me. decided not to book through any one in future.

We have very bad experience with OVER ALL TRAVEL. ..I will suggest not to deal with them. I booked trip of goa, Tarkarli &panchgani with them. After confirmation I droped money in there account and day after it I when I called them for voucher they said goa package is not available as dates given by them we have to change dates..after thst they stoped reciving calls from us then we planed to go ourself on one spot at panchgani they booked a hoel for us for one day it was also a worst experience .....they have not refunded our money and not receiving our calls also.

Good Part: Had recd good vehichle, and it was there with me in the entire trip. To be improved: Hotels, it was told that it will be a 2 or 3 star range hotels, but i have not recd such booking and facilities Worst Part: There is no proper commu nication to the driver/guide and itenary not followed infact the driver dont know any idea about the itenary. when i called the contact number (9891223979) for some doubts no proper response and it was not clarified properly Total feed back: Not satisfied

I faced lot of issues with this travel agent. They took advantage of one reason that this is the first time i am travelling to kerala and i was unaware of the places and routes. 1.No proper plan was given and travel agent did not have any knowledge about the places or hotels, they just reversed my travel plan according to their wish.(I came to know this when i was in the trip)eg:- I wanted to travel from Cochin to Munnar which is supposed to be a very good experience. But the travel agent person informed me that this will be connecting route from Thekkady to Munnar and the places will be covered, which was not the case. The routes were completely different. 2.All the travel coupons/plan was shared 3 days before the travel which is not at all acceptable as i have booked and paid for the trip 20 days before only. 3.I paid for one thing and booking was done for another. eg1. I paid amount for Premium boat in Alleppy and booking was done for Deluxe. I had to argue for this until the day of my travel as they informed that they will check the conversation recordings i had with the travel agent. eg2. For my return travel, I paid for A/C sleeper and booking was done for Non A/C Semi Sleeper, I had to send them the confirmation mail with the amount paid. 4.Accommodation in Munnar was really disgusting, hotel booked was smelly, no food, no mobile signal and basic amenities were missing. While confirming i clearly informed the agent that the ratings of the hotel was not at all good, so please change the hotel. But the travel agent convinced me in such a way that "He stayed in that hotel and it is good" as if he has really stayed there. Also he assured that if i have any issues after going there, they will change the hotel. But what we heard finally that once the booking is done they cannot change. 5.I have asked for a detailed bill/invoice of the travel and until date i have not received the same. But while booking they said that they will send all the bills as requested. 6.My return travel booking was done just a day before of the travel not even considering any request or problems and had to call these people again and again which is an annoying factor. Conclusion:- I would not recommend or suggest any fried or any one after facing so many issues. Seriously one should enjoy trip without any hassles, but i had to fight for everything after paying huge amount.While booking i received lot of calls. For payment was tortured to pay whole amount and did not even give time to think assuring that i will not face any issues. But finally i am the sufferer. To Hellotravel:- Please don't suggest this type of travel agent to anyone, unless if you want to spoil your name.
