We care holidays managed the total package very well . Our tour package of Sikkim Darjeeling for 7nights was well planned for us with good select 2 star hotels and good food . The drivers who accompanied usherette very cordial and well behaved. Special mention of Tan di, santosh Sharma who really helped and guide us on the various sightseeing places. Overall very satisfying experience

Excellent service

two of our families went to kolkata, darjeeling and sikkim in package taken from north east tours. they have arranged our hotels, local site seeing etc. our experience at all the three places was very comfortable. mr kameshwar and mr. mantosh were so cooperative and they made us comfortable everywhere. all the hotels and the food was excellent. the package also was very economic. their tie up with travels at these places was excellent. fortunately all the drivers associated with us are too good.

Good follow up & assistance through out the trip . Quality of Hotels was not that good . Had better options . perticularly in Gangtok & Lachung .

We went tour on 13/04/2015 to 18/04/2015 though your northeast tour. Our trip booked by Mr.Deepak Shinha your staff. He was very good co-ordinate of our trip and Mr.Mantosh the trip organizer was right plan and he arrange and good driver also. we was stay in Hotel Broadway at Darjeeling and we was stay on Hotel Samrat residency at Gangtok. The Hotels Comparative the Smart residence is very good service and good food also. The Darjeeling trip TATA sumo driver Mr.Sanjay is very nice guy. He done good service. Our total trip was smooth and nice.because your office staff well plan.

your tour was overall very good. just a small note on the hotels-2 properties were not satisfactory. Even the rooms, and the upgrades were not great. you should plan 2-3 kinds of packages, wherein a specific standard of service is maintained thru the trip. thanks again. overall, we enjoyed the trip. we shall also refer you to some more friends who are visiting that side of India. thanks

North east tour worked with me to understand my needs and created an itinerary that covered all the places that one needs to visit. They also offered me the cheapest rate available as compared to the other travel agents. North east tours ensured that they connect with me on a daily basis and understand how the day was. They ensured the cars, hotels were available on time. Not to say that there were no glitches, there were some hiccups on the way but North east tours worked to diligently help out. I have given my feedback to them and they have appreciated there feedbacks. I would definitely recommend North East tours to my friends.

Great experience

Thank you so much for your excellent arrangements and care. Transport, timings, drivers, planning, places of visit, everything excellent. Only few points we want to bring your notice , we all coming from hot places, day time we can enjoy the climate but during night we require proper room heaters, Water kettles and it is very common in South side hill station hotels.(Inclusive of the tariff) It's not a big issue but it improves your travels quality and we once again thank you for the great arrangements. This trip is one of best experiences ever. It's so economical and the hotel choice is quite alright (perhaps per package standard). The only thing is that, the driver was not briefed properly that parking tickets and lunch expenses must be from their own pocket not the guest. I paid all expenses for parking tickets and the driver's lunch for 6 days continuously. If it could be reimbursed then I'd really appreciate it but I don't have the receipt. You can confirm with the driver himself.

Overall the tour was good. But there was issue related to food and Room. They do not provide heaters in any of the room as it was too cold. As per the itenary the lunch plan was not included which is okay but they should plan the outing as we can take lunch outside. People are very kind over there. The sight seeing mentioned in the itenary is not followed properly.

The over all rating with your services I can say as good. As suggested before, it is advised to send your people to the platform to pick up the guest to feel more hospitable at NJP Rly station. Your drivers are good particularly from the hill side. They have time punctuality and well disciplined. But the vehicles though in running condition but can be of latest models. Also, you can send the itinerary well in advance for the convenience of guests and get the confirmation that they are comfortable with the program.

The agent was non-cooperative....taken the money for zero point in luxury vehicle...however, was given shared vehicle, and when we complained, the agent told us that they can't do anything....the points mentioned in pelling sightseeing wasn't covered and instead the driver showed us his own points according to convenience.the driver was literally threatening us for making any complaint....when that was communicated to northeast tours...they told me that this is what happens in any tou.
