It was excellent trip overall, Megha has arranged everything in perfect manner, although all hotel I have selected but she assisted in every way and throughout the trip even from booking to end of trip. My trip was manali tour. I m truelly satisfied with service and warm hospitality. Megha (manager) of new era vacation is a hardworking girl and she provided me everything what she promised me. In fact more than what she promissed. during my tour, she always calls me and did ask if I m facing any problem. Anyways there was no day when I was disappointed. She provides all those what she commits. I truelly and strongly recommends new era vacations to all travellers.

I have visited Jaisalmer & Jodhpur recently which was organised by Newera Vacations according to the itinerary fixed by me. They have arranged RTDC Hotels and Transport as advised by me.
The hotels were typically Govt run establishment but reasonably good for night stay. The transport they have arranged was a good one. The Driver Prakash Sharma was very cordial, helpful, and informative. He made the trip more interesting. Mrs Megha Rajawat of Newera Travels was a nice lady, always accommodative and co ordinated the tour very well. She was available 24 x 7 throughout my trip. She used to enquire time to time if anything we require as help.
Actually we Visited Jaisalmer to have a feel of the desert. We stayed in Oasis Desert Camp on a full moon night. The tent accommodation was high class and the other dance and song experiance was wonderful. The food at the camp was not so good(which is definitely a negative). We did camel Safari and Jeep Safari as well. Going to Jaisalmer, I feel one must stay at camp one night and do a jeep safari. They take u deep inside desert where the camel safari dont go.You get to see how real desert looks like. We also went to Tanot Mata Mandir because its 108 km from Jaisalmer and the road cuts across the desert giving u the feel of the desert. On our way back we stopped at a typical small Rajasthani local village about a km inside from the road. We chatted with residents.We did it to get a feel of the local village life.We also went to Kuldhara ruins. Its important if u know the history and visit. Other routine places like Golden Fort, Gadisar Lake we visited.

Overall, the experience was good. The organization was flawless .This is to let you know that my friend really enjoyed their Honeymoon trip to Kashmir and were extremely happy with your service. Pathetic experience from the worst company ever recieved nothing managed properly

We were left high and dry by the agent's vehicle driver in the middle of our tour with no information on his whereabouts. Actually, New Era subcontracted the assignment to Spiceland Holidays of Cochin -the worst tour operators I've come across. We had to face mental and physical agony because of them as our group majorly consisted of kids and senior citizens. They had spoilt our scheduled plan and wasted our half day apart from increasing our expenditure.
