Overall experience was good except hotel stay.. They provide me room without good view.. I have requested to change it but didn’t got good response.. My travel agent also tried but no luck

I have booked the Honeymoon Package from My Colorful Holiday New Delhi. After sale the customer care executive Ms.Pooja everytime attend my calls smoothly, solve my confusions. They also gave us a surprise with Chocolate cake, it was very yammi. We enjoyed the trip.

budget friendly package

it was a 3 days trip and we covered manali, rohtang pass and rafting at kullu. overall experience was satisfactory.

service is soo good, both me and my wife is pleased with arrangements done by My color full holiday,it such make my honeymoon COLORFUL.

Only because of my wife health issues my trip was not so good, but services provided by travelling agency is very good and appreciable. And next time i would like to contact same agency for my further trip and recommendable to others also. Thank You -Aayush Mathur, Jodhpur.

I have visited Shimla, Manali from My Colorful Holiday. Its was wonderful trip. Driver Dilip is very nic. Its my first trip so I was scared but Mr.Som gave us best service as he promised. Also upgrade our rooms. We have enjoyed surprise Chocolate Cake & Cookies.

My Colorful Holiday arranged the package for us and the entire trip experience was wonderful, though the weather the day we arrived in Manali was not upto our expectation but weather turn around on 2nd day and we witnessed snowfall. It was a dream come true for all of us coz it was the main purpose of our visit to witness snowfall. Also, my colorful holiday gifted a chocolate cake on the last night of our stay which was wonderful to see such gesture Overall experience was good and ultimately we were satisfied with all the arrangements.

the experience was not so rosy, as would have liked it to be. no doubt they tried their level best, but may be due to number of parties involved in the whole package i.e. from volvo operators, taxi operators, etc made it troublesome...no issues, hope it is an isolatory incident. all the best for the other tourists. no hard feelings for my colorful holidays. they tried their best.

Hotels not allowed properly.returning from Manali the condition of bus is so worst.

Travel agent ne baate to bahut badi ki, ye denge wo denge etc , sight seen Bhi incomplete, package inclusions Bhi incomplete, paisa full liya, finally unsatisfied, onchi Dukan , feeke Pakwaan. Jo inclusions 99% hota he, vha Jakar 1% ho Jata he, isliye agent se 100% sure ki confirm kr le. Muzhe honeymoon suit ka dene ko bola tha, lekin zab vaha pahucha to manager ne small room diya. So please be alert.

My friends had come from Hyd to visit Vaishno Devi, so they wanted to visit Shimla from Katra thru My colourful Holiday Agent but the journey was so hopeless that vehicle and hotel at Shimla provided by them was so bad that amidst they cancelled their trip and requested the agent to arrange some accommodation in Chandigarh so that they can start from there to Delhi to reach airport in time. hotel at Shimla was in precarious condition, commode water was leaking, not hot water was provided by Hotel, vehicle was also in poor condition as radiator was in good condition and got stopped for at-least 25 times to reach the destination. experience was very bad.

from the starting of the trip to end the worst experience we had faced. the bus from delhi to manali to delhi was not confirmed.the cab booked by the agent was the worst,the cab was in shabby condition and the driver was not good. we need to continuously follow up with the vendor for the tickets and cab.employees of the colourful holidays don't take calls after they got the payment. worst decision of us to choice our trip from colourful holidays.

it was bad experience. hotel booked in shimla is situated in very interior place and not up to the mark.initial quotation showed full day rohtang pass trip but after 30% payment it was replaced by only solang valley. the worst thing is that aftet payment no one picks up the call and no response. its very bad travel agency. plz delete it from your group.

I was availed there Taxi service, first of all they didn't checked car before to send to such a long journey. Car wheels are not balanced, its wobbling at above 60kph, drive side mirror was broken, car front glass also having crack. There is not space in car dikki as CNG cylinder fitted in that. No extra carrier on car top while already informed we have luggage with us. Even now after trip completion asking them for invoice from 20days they have not given invoice till yet.

Service was good.Agent should be aware of time required to visiting for all the places in Manali as our trip was short and agent didn't suggested about this and we didn't able to go to all places. When I told the agent that we are satisfied with the service as we didn't goto all the places and I asked the agent that I will not pay the entire amount for that she was threatening to file FIR against me. I am not sure she is thinking that we are fool and we didn't know anything.

HORIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH MY COLORFUL HOLIDAY. Package Inclusion 14 Seater Tempo Traveler 02 Nights accommodation in Dalhousie Welcome drink on arrival 02 Buffet Breakfast and 02 Dinner Local Sightseeing in Dalhousie includes Panchpulla, Satdhara, Katatop Hills, Daikund Trekking by self, Bakrota Hills. One full day sightseeing Khajjair & Chambray Review for Tempo Traveler The tempo traveler was late by 5 hours, more over it was 19 hours journey so instead of 1030 AM we reached at 330 PM at hotel and missed out on all the attraction points except Panchpulla which we could do upon begging the driver. We've been charged for 14 seater, however, it was actually a 12 seater tempo and travelling for 19 hours was really a curse. We had to adjust 4 people on the back seat and one at co-driver without head rest on it and person had to stay awake all the time. We were somehow managing and then coolest thing happened on the planet, the ac water started to litter on the back seats so we had two people had shower all the time or two less seats. Review for Accommodation They advertise this package as 4 nights 5 days on their website and through emails and funniest part is upon asking they confirmed your package starts the moment you step into tempo traveler. Indeed it was only two and half days which we spent at hotel topaz which is quite good and recommendable. Review for Local Sightseeing We could only cover Panchpulla on the first day due to late arrival. We've been to Daikund on the last day which was worth waking up at 500 AM. Beside these two attraction points everything was mystery, as per package provider driver knows all the places but as per driver no such places are in the itinerary. Review for Khajjair & Chamba We've been to Khajjair and spent sometime there. It was a good small place known as mini Switzerland. We had to cover Chamba, again it was not in the itinerary of driver and where in the world was that located driver didn't know that. Review for the Service & People While we were going through such a horrible experience, miss-leading and hidden facts we thought to report everything to the authorities to make them feel atleast sorry. First we reported it to Neha sales manager who sold us the package. She is such rude fellow, full of attitude and doesn't even know anything about the package after the package is booked. She didn't pickup our phones half of the times we called and she was the only contact person we had known. Upon sharing our complaints she kept denying for everything and kept repeating the same as per training. On asking for senior she shared Vigneshs contact number. Now Vignesh is such arrogent fellow that we had to make him realize that he is Neha's senior and we've been informed to call him for our complaints. Unfamiliar of package details he had only two points, how he will help if Neha is not available in the office and why nothing was informed to him before. Useless fellow said it is ok if some water litter on the people and we ended up our discussion with him. Upon some payment concern they stopped our departure at hotel only and we had to wait for two hours, really had sun bath that day. Finally we got to speak with co-owner Vidhit who works on principle that his employees are always right and he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. INDEED WE MADE OUR WAY TO OUR HOME TOWN BUT IT WAS A MOST AWFUL AND COLORLESS EXPERIENCE WITH MY COLORFUL HOLIDAY.

Please don't book any holiday Package from My Colorful Holiday. I have worst experience.

Very bad co ordination with customer and we are trouble facing with cab driver due to false guidance to gave My colorful holiday agent.
They are not mentioned clearly for Rohtang pass entry expensive at Manali. They mentioned with Rohtang pass but end of the trip also they put in dynamo of my trip. Finally we are facing the problems with My colorful holiday agent and cab driver.

I did't never seen this type of agent. Whatever they mentioned in package hotels their food is worst and service also very bad. We are loss the money and no enjoy of trip. My suggestion for to customers don't go to this Agent.
