We had taken trip of Shimla Manali & Dharamshala from My Trip Bucket. Initially i was little doubtful regarding the trip but when our trip started we felt little comfortable because our driver was friendly and cooperative and when we reached the hotel all are doubts were gone as the hotels were neat and tidy with friendly staff. over all our trip was excellent and very well managed. Himachal Pradesh is very beautiful place. Thanks MTB for making out trip memorable for lifetime in this beautiful

I had taken a trip for my family from my trip bucket in the month of June. The agent was very polite and understanding of our needs. We were two families and were well accommodated accordingly. Sightseeing and hotel stay was comfortable and relaxing. Fully enjoyed the trip and planning to definitely contact them for my next trip.

It was a great and joyful Honeymoon trip organised by the travel agency. I had gone on our Honeymoon trip in the month February 2017 for complete Himachal trip Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie . The driver was very cooperative and experinced and the hotels given by them were good in services and food was very tasty. In short It was great and memorable honeymoon trip.

I had taken three trips through MyTripBucket. In the first trip we had visited Amritsar and had a great experience through them and then we had planned two more trips with them , one to Bir billing Dharamshala & other to Auli ,Uttrakhand . In all three trips the services were very good we enjoyed a lot . They planned everything perfectly and were very Cooperative throughtout the trips . We started our journey with 20+4 person on dt. 21st. June night 11.00pm with two tempo travelers, and we have to reach in Manali Hotel 10.30pm on dt. 22/06/17. after a long time apptrox 24 hours spent in the way due to vehicle problems and our journey was very pathetic. on dt. 23rd. June we started 9am for local sightseeing in Manali, but travel agent done only 1 point silong vellay to Manali only, our whole day spent only one spot. on 24th. June we started to Rohtang by our own arrangment and we have to reach in Manali @ 2.00pm to proceed our next station Shimla, but due to unavailable of Tempo travel we have spent our remaining day in Van vihar with followup for tempo travelers but driver was not available, we have faced lot of problems in this tour, I think you have suggest wrong person to complete horriable tour with family, our family more than 24 hours wasted to waiting of vehicle to carrying to next station. My experience was very bad with my trip bucket. I am thinking to going to consumer court to make fool to me and my entire family group by my trip-bucket.

We were 18 members on a 10 day trip. The tour operator had no idea regarding the trip as he had not visited the places which we were supposed to visit. They had left this job to the DRIVERS OF 2 TRAVELERS . They decided where and when to stop the vehicles .They decided which all places we should see. Fortunately I had served in that area . So I forced them to stop at all places as per my knowledge. They did not like this. We had many arguments with them.

The vehicle was in very bad maintenance. we lost a lot of time due to the bad tyres of the vehicle (One tyre had to be replaced at night) Because the maintenance was bad the vehicle was driven at very slow speed even on good roads. On 4 sep when we crossed Rohtang , I asked the Driver to go a little faster so that we can see Manali town the same day .

The driver said that he cannot drive faster and if we are not happy we should get down and make some other arrangements. We were forced to keep quite. I rang up Mr Asish and requested him to change the vehicles He said that he will try to help out. But he did not do any thing .

We were forced to arrange another set of vehicles for our trip to Chandigarh for which we had to pay Rs 20000/-extra. So we had to pay a total amount of Rs 3,50000/-. We Are sorry to inform you that this tour operator is not very professional. They did not have even 1 years experience. They were dependent on one Driver, who took them for a ride.We would suggest that you go through the experience and knowledge of the Tour operator before recommending them to customers.Regards Col KCK Nair
