It was an awesome experience at Thailand. We didnt experience any difficulties in any aspect. The Hotels at Pattaya, Phuket and Bangkok were Excellent specially the one in Bangkok(Centara Watergate Pavillion). There were no problems either in the pick up or drop off timings. Overall an awesome experience.

In my opinion best to best trip because both hotel was nice to nice and each and every sight seeing and local plans are very good. J W Marriott is worlds highest building hotel and Atlantis the palm is also very good ambience. Only trouble is Indian Custom at the time of return back. and also Atlantis the palm check in procedure was very poor grade. For each and every need for rooms will be fulfill by Back Office and Check-in counter is only like dummy. she is only messenger who took demand from guest and give that report to Back office. and back office fulfill your rooms requirements.

I have booked my trip through make my trip pvt.Ltd. As referred by you. Every thing was arranged as per itinerary. Nothing to complain. Every thing is ok. I would like to share one thing one of my friends travelled through "travel raga holidays pvt.Ltd, new delhi without hearing my advice. Travel raga holidays pvt.Ltd is a cheating agency. They have charged huge amount for ordinary package. They have not arranged the tour as per itinerary. No one was there to receive them at srinagar air port. They have not informed even the hotels booked. He suffered a lot. Hotels booked are of ordinary. But they charged premium package charges.He was made to pay all toll charges. He was not guided properly. Every day vehicle arrived after 10' o clock only. He reached gulmarg after 12.00. Cable car ride was not arranged as per tour package neither he was advised in advance to book the cable car ride. He came back without seeing any thing in gulmarg. Everywhere their drivers collude with local people and misguided him. He was made to pay huge amounts towards guide, jerkin&shoes rent, horse riding on the advise of the driver and believed him. Because he doesn't know hindi. Tourism department is also not displaying prescribed rates. Tourists are being looted and in some cases being threateneded. I advise the tourists not to book package through travel raga holidays private limited. Ofcourse it was not recommended by you. Please advise the tourists of the cheating and fraudulent treatment given by " travel raga holidays private limited, new delhi.

My parents decided to take their grandchildren (my daughter, son and niece) on a vacation overseas. They did inform me and asked me to lookout for good destinations. I being a traveler, into wildlife and love trekking had many adventurous options but had to restrict the same keeping parents age in mind. My family showed keen interest on developing countries with lots of heritage and culture. As I am subscribed to some of the travel sites and keep getting travel/package details, out of curiosity I clicked on a mailer from Hello Travel, and it is here where it all began in April 2014. Hello Travel immediately connected me to 3 travel agents and the first to connect was Ms. Swati Almal from Makemytrip.com. Swati based out of Makemytrip.com?s Kolkata office was very friendly, called to enquiry about our vacation plans and in 2 telecons zeroed down to Southasian countries i.e. Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Swati was proactive in sending the package details for the SouthAsian countries. As we reviewed, we looked back into the objective of the vacation which to have a family vacation after troubled times, relax, rejuvenate and rebond with kids on loss of their mother. As I explained the scenario to Swati, she turned around from the traditional standard vacation packages and planned a great itinerary, privatized the vacation in Malaysia with lots of leisure time for ourselves. As we confirmed the itinerary meeting our needs Swati took care of the Air travel, accommodation and local transportation. The whole experience of being in Southeast Asia for the first time was simple great and awesome. The most memorable, exciting part of our holidays was the 1 day unplanned, surprise trip to Melaka and we enjoyed every moment of its countryside, heritage, people and food. Similarly we wanted to hit the road to Penang, unfortunately with time constraints we cancelled the trip. Definitely a memorable family holiday my parents, sister and teenagers will remember forever. It really opened their eyes to different cultures. We loved it, will definitely return to Malaysia again soon for a longer stay as there is lots to see in the other provinces as well. Malaysia is the friendliest, cosmopolitan city we have come across in Asia. Malaysian food is probably the tastiest and best value food you can find. The hotel chosen for us by Makemytrip.com was IBIS Business Fraser in KL was excellent in all its services and made our stay a memorable one. Big Tree Adventure Tours was very diligent in meeting schedules, their drivers Mr. Patrick & Mr. Joe were very friendly, flexible, wonderful guide and reliable. The itinerary was arranged to suit us. Overall, Very well done. Our next holiday hopefully by end of the year, we plan hope to increase the holiday duration, add Singapore, Bali or Thailand to the itinerary. We would like to add wildlife, rainforest, beaches and snorkeling to our activity list. We'll use Makemytrip.com and Big Tree Adventure Tours as it was all so well organized, and the tour van drivers took all the stress out of traveling - Great job! I would recommend Makemytrip.com to any reasonably adventurous family.

Overall it is good. 1) But the driver was not having minimum knowledge in route. 2) You have to book rooms before as per our planning in the tour. 3) Preferably if possible you will arrange the driver in our regional language knowledge. Sandeep is very good.

we had nice time. We started from Surat via road in our car. At VAPI we had nice pasta and PANEER, and manor we had famous pov vada. Then we reached sweet Mumbai and at dahisar we had Mumbai ki chai. All the EXPERIANCE during this travel was memorable . Then we reached Mumbai international airport to board the flight to Mauritius. We had great time at the airport clearing customs and check in. People at the airport were very cooperative. Next time we will use Hello Travel only: Jignesh Shah with family. :13/01/2014.

It was an awesome trip n and amazing experience pf our Mauritius tour as none of ur agent had bothered to call back apart fm jus sending a msg that their executive will b in touch within 24 hrs n nw I believe it's almost a month and ur agent's so called executive is still trying hard to get back to us as I believe they might be on a Mars mission and unable to connect with us,and last but not the least we are grateful for your so called co-operation and help. Instead of Switzerland, I did trip to Kerala, its awesome, unbelievable beuty in Kerala, that's why its call God's own country, I spend only 5 days, but I think 15 days are also not enough .........I have no words to describe.....everyone must visit Kerala once in a life. I would like to visit again Kerala with family. Thanks to make best memories of my life.
