It is my pleasure to share some Feedback /experience on your services with you. First of all we all enjoyed our trip and holiday very much and thank you for the same. About your patronage I should thank you for your facility to charge my Credit card instead of Cash payment else would be have been difficult for us to make such payment on Bank holiday. I would agree that even though Innova would have been better the vehicle Tata Sumo Grande was not bad. ( Next time we will try Innova ).The Driver was good at his skills but not conversant with the places , which was a limitation. We took some extra time to find out places and directions and also could not have some experience of the place to our advantage. He was a good person, adjustable and as he was quoting, not educated but good at driving. Also in some cases estimated time for travel was not known to him as he was not experienced in that route. I think we could have done better plan if we would have known the same. I suggest it would be better if you as co coordinator provide some information about the places of our visit and general info about the important specialties of the places like shopping, food joints etc., and places of interest concerned to trip. For example we were struggling to find out which market was better in Delhi ( Karol bagh or Sarojini Market ? after our shopping in Karolbagh we found Sarojini Market is better than Karol bagh ; In Manali & Kullu we were trying to understand that should we purchase clothes or Dry fruits or Leather/ wool etc.,). Along with our tour Itinerary if you can provide some idea of these general specifics of those places it would help us better. Also provide one copy of package as applicable in the Hotel voucher itself. ( In Manali They have not provided- Cakes & Chocolates in room on arrival, A farewell gift, Complimentary use of Games Room, Table Tennis, GYM, Disco etc and we also forgot to collect. No Worries. ) For your information I will comment on Hotels. In Chandigarh Hotel was OK but could have been better. In Shimla, Sukh Sagar , hospitality is good & food is also good but the Building is bit old but no regrets as such. In Manali, hotel Mountain Top was good in every aspects and would recommend for others. In Delhi Hotel Love Kush the food was good and service is better but Hotel needs to improve on cleaning very much. In Agra hotel Alpine was good but food should not be added to package as it was not good in that hotel. Anyways in Agra many restaurants are available. Overall, we never had any disappointment in Hotel or travel or vehicle and by the grace of God we could spend time comfortably and could share our lifetime happiest moments. My sincere thanks to you and your team and excuse me for not talking to you from Delhi as it was just in-time for check in. We would be interested to come back to Delhi, Jaipur, Mathura, Fatepur Sikri Chandigarh etc., in future and hence you may send some interesting packages time to time.

I had Planned a honeymoon trip from Make my tour N trip for Shimla - Manali (5 night / 6 Days Package) in May-2013 with private car. I really had good experience in this tour, their coordination regarding the tour was superb. Appreciate the hospitality of the staff sheer pleasure and really enthusiastic. Pick up from Chandigarh airport and Drop at Delhi airport as per my flight schedule was absolute perfect. Driver cum guide was also appreciable and had made our tour as per decided eternity. They had arranged a good quality around 3 star category hotel with well furnished rooms in my package and inclusion of honeymoon treat i.e welcome drink, candle light dinner and flower bed decoration was also upto the mark. Also they help me to find alternate packages as per my requirement within my budget. I had great experience having tour from Make my tour and Trip and will be wishing to continue to make further journey from their tour.

As I spoke to the Customer about their Honeymoon Package they appreciated the whole package with One or Two remarks... They appreciated all the Deluxe Rooms offered to them and Food was excellent. They felt very happy stay in Shimla,Manali, Dharmashala and Amritsar. Their remark is the driver is not shown much interest to show some of the monuments and places...Their stay in Sita International was not good and they are saying it is not deluxe kind of Room or Hotel with broken Mirrors in Toilet and with very ordinary food served to them. If you take care of these two issues they are saying that their Honeymoon packages was very good. They are rating this package as 4**** stars out of 5.

Trip was Nice and thank you very much for giving us nice itarnary. About Snow Vally resort: Snow Vally Resort in manali was so good. The Hospitality of staff is excellent except food. room was spacious with a double bed. About Fair mount hotel: I Checked into hotel in night near 9PM. That time Nobody come and take Luggage. I need to call to staff for taking luggage. Room was so stingy , stale furniture, pathetic room service, pricked wall, un-spacious washroom, staircase not proper Cleary FAIRMOUNT The Worst I am giving you some suggestions for whenever you will plan tour package to someone they may be feel happy. 1: give Copy of Full Itarnary to driver, so he may not be unclear about entire tour. 2: Clear the things to driver about Driver food and Accommodation, speed of driving 3: Think before giving FAIRMOUNT Hotel to other customer, its very difficult for stay for some hours also. 4: Be Clear with Customers about pickup and start journey to manali or Shimla from delhi, because everytime journey is starts from delhi in evening but customers are reach to delhi in morning or in afternoon. 5: final but most important- Arrange the tour like Customers should not need to call to booking officer while Tour. First of all thank you very much for extending support throughout our booking to completion of our trip. We had booked our trip for Chandigarh, Shimla, Manali & Amritsar...overall tour was okay. Tour was organised very nicely but we had faced problems at various levels like there was no warm welcome at hotels as it was said that we will be provided welcome drink but none of them provided the same and on demand some of them provided tea only and in fact only I was the person who was taking tea. One more thing it was said that bed tea will be provided in the morning but none of them provided the same. breakfast and dinner were delicious but taste of the food of Ashiana regency was not so good as compare to others. Hospitality and quality of food were excellent at P.R.residency (Amritsar) and Park paradise ( Manali) . Food of City heart Premium (Chandigarh) was delicious only initial problem was there but afterwords we can say that it was worth staying there. Hotel Ashiana Regency was so-so because there was dirt, bed-sheet was not cahnged, sofa chairs were dirty, door of TV cabinet was broken, extra beds were in pieces as it was sofa cum bed but it was made only from cuisine, there was no hard object used for making sofa cum bed so it was very difficult to sleep. We had faced major problem in the transportation, initially it was fine up to shimla but as soon as we reached to manali, problem started and it was horrible, we can say it was the worst trip of our life due to transportation problem. we had arranged exclusive car but we had been provided in the piece meal, on 30/05/2014 we had car only for 3:00 hours that too for sholang valley and when we had to move for Amritsar, car carried us was too old and both front jumpers were out of order so we faced lots of jerks during the course of our journey and it took 14:00 hours to reach from Manali to Amritsar. Overall we are not satisfied with the arrangement of transportation and due to this our trip was spoiled. But Ms.Nargis and Mr.Amit had tried constantly to sort out the problem and hence I am very much thankful to both of you guys. Me and my wife enjoyed the whole trip a lot.Thanks for making my whole trip memorable. 1) Accommodation : The Accommodation provided in the hotels in Shimla (Sukh Sagar Regency) & Delhi (Sun Star grand) were really good. And the food was very good. But the accommodation in Manali (Sitara International) is not that much great. 2) Travel : The whole travel went good. But i have faced one problem with the driver ,that is for for sake of 500/- he had made the delay of 4 hours in the early morning from Shimla to Delhi on the last day. Already the whole payment had been done in the Shimla (Sukh Sagar Regency) hotel. But for sake of 500/- diver played a game saying that amount is not payed in hotel and we start at 8:00 am in morning to delhi instead of 4:30am in the morning. It is good but not best because I suffered with the driver he knows driving but didn't know local sight scene and he always off the A.C. of the car. I want to advice that the Trip should be with the experience driver

Hi Nargis, Regarding my trip to Shimla- Kullu- Manali, I would like to share my overall experience 1.Hotels- In Shimla Hotel Kufri Height was beautiful, service, food, hotel location was nice, 2. Hotel in Manali- Hotel Himalaya Residency- Over all average service and food quality, but location was very contested. 3. Only Sight seeing with car and driver was very bad expirence, half of time we wasted due to very rude and non-supportive driver, not seen too many places. Overall tour was not as per our expectation, we feel, we did mistake by paying 100% payment in advance, there were no any other options available except to face the difficulties on time to time and wait for ending of tour session We came back to Mumbai without fruitful memories but with bad experience only just for Driver, still feeling we waisted our time and money which we spent for Sight seeing and car. Happy with hotels & service , worth for money

Accommodation and food provided is not good. Itinerary plan is not good, what ever they informed in the plan is not covered. They are not genuine

We were two families of seven members visited manali shimla and Delhi from 13th may to 19th may 2015. It was not a good experience with "Make my tour n trip". The details of vehicle was given only on last minute of the travel even after repeated demand.There were no company rep to receive us any place from Delhi to shimla. They have arranged the driver of the vehicle for collecting cash and dealing with us! He was demanding money contrary to our agreement throughout the journey. The travel agent "NURGIS " was not even attending phone. Travel offered buffet dinner and breakfast but it was not. The vehicle was an old Innova in which A/C is not properly working.Driver was a commission Agent who drop us in dirty places for food where he get commission. I never select this agency for my journey

Hii.this is rishap patel. Travel to manali by make my tour n trip.. I m not satisfied at all by response of travel agent.. After giving full payment they are not assisting us. Very rude nature of manager named amit sharma.. I advise you to not travel through this agent.... Very very bad and worst experience with make my tour n trip....

1. I was told all details will be ready with driver when we land at delhi airport but he did not anything of the tour. 2. we were told you will be provided an indigo but the person came in a swift. 3. The person did not carry any papers of the trip details or any hotel booking details and what will be provided and what is extra nothing he had in fact he asked me if i had any details. 4. The person from make my tour and trip did not even have a receipt book just collected the money and left, with no instructions to the driver or us. 5. When the car reached the highway at a speed of 75 it started to voble the driver said we will have to do the journey at max that speed only as he will not go back. 6. The driver did not have any idea of where the hotel is in shimla and i had to keep calling the hotel for directions in the last 2 hours and as per the condition of the car we were late in reaching shimla. 7. In Manali when we reached hotel Surya international.where we were supposed to stay,the manager said that the hotel is full and will accommodate us for the night in some other hotel which was very dirty.no proper facilities.water was provided in dirty container.when we called make my tour and trip delhi,they said the matter will be resolved in 10 minutes but neither with the call back nor make and arrangements.Next day they shifted to Surya hotel after spending one night at that dirty hotel. 8. We were committed of a candle light dinner but was not provided.On the second night we were provided one small cake in our room and the bed was spread with a handful of flowers. As the hotel did not have a proper restaurant it was felt that instead of candle lite dinner they provide in the room which was to be given by make my tour and trip 9.on the third night we informed that we will check-out early so any pending bills which THE MANAGER CONFIRMED AS NIL, but early morning when we were about to leave he says you have to pay 1500 /- for that cake. he said we cannot leave without payment as it will have to be cleared.when we said we did not ask and last night why you did not tell this he said you pay and go that is all. 10. we were told all tolls and taxes will be bore by driver but we were told to pay in manali Rs 200/- as entry tax.why should we pay this as this allows the vehicle free parking for one week in manali. i fail to understand how we can trust and confirm a safe and hassel free trip. your reply and action is awaited

I HAD PLANNED WITH MAKE MY TOUR AND TRIP PEOPLE. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I HAVE WITH THEM. HOPE LESS SERVICE. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLES REFERENCE. THEY HAVE TAKEN 10000 RS. ADVANCE . FIRST THEY HAVE GIVEN GOOD HOTELS NAME AND AFTER TAKING THE ADVANCE THEY HAVE CHANGED THE HOTEL (HOTELS HAVE BEEN CHANGED) ACCOMMODATION AND THEY HAVE BOOK. THEY NOT EVEN CONFIRMED THE HOTEL BOOKING (NOT SHOWN ANY BOOKING CONFIRMATION SLIP FROM HOTEL). THEY TOTALLY EATEN THE ADVANCE. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. I HAVE DONE EVERY THING DIRECTLY AND EVERY THING WENT ON SMOOTH. SO PLEASE DO NOT REFER THEIR NAME TO ANY BODY FOR GODS SAKE. THEY WILL SPOIL YOU NAME ALSO.
