Make my trip Chandigarh is a not a proper office of Make My Trip as they book some business through Make My Trip & some through other arrangements.Due to this I was not able to earn award points of Make My Trip as well as their free wrapping service at New Delhi Airport.They have not ensured that I get a benefit of Thai airlines travel points.

Call Center staff is good....... but ground reality differ. One need to be smart and cant rely fully to a tour operator. Lots of things which a planner need to tell to consumer.
