Overall experience was very Good, But Hotel Sukh Sagar Regency in Shimla was not good, No good service, we had one complementary candle light dinner, but dint get that from this Hotel. Bath towel provided in this hotel was poor. Holiday Heights in Manali is a wonderfull Hotel. Excellent service & rooms are very clean and foods are delicious.

I have a really good experience with the Make My India Holiday team .They were very helpful at times when the strike was there in Manali.They were in contact at each and every step of our journey.They were very good.
hotel arrengement in manali&shimla are good. overall experence is good.
Overall it could have been better with better accommodation and a good taxi driver. Many places as per itenary was not shown or rather driver did not know about it. We had requested for hotel with vegetarian meals. Though it was available it was not given. In Manal we had to shell out Rs 4000 extra as taxi driver did not turn up for going to Rotangpass even though we had already paid for it. In fact I request you to refund the same.Chandigarh hotel was horrible. There was no proper communication.We were made to find our ways by seeking directions from local people as driver did not know it and wasted lot of time in only searching and travel time. With amount charged definately better accomadation was possible but not done due their stingy thoughts.
Response till quoting & confirmation of tour package is very good. But once I confirmed every time I have to follow up for further planning. During our tour they are not bothered to meet us personally as they also have office in manali it self. Communication is extremely poor. Cooperation is not as expected. Hope this feedback may improve services.
