don't simply waste time for replying reviews.go and serve your customers.first thing there is no official receipts or any valid documents for the company.they simply send mails with lots of mistakes. our driver was very rude and he just thrown us(remember 2 kids) in the road and left. i am having all the audio recordings of that driver, officials who called me..really rude..don't ever make a deal with this company..

i had the worst of the worst experience with this travel agent. nothing was mentioned clearly earlier i was told earlier to pay 28000 for the whole trip but later the amount was increased to rs.29,400. and i was threatened lastly to pay the amount or the cab will not be provided to me for airport drop.i booked my trip from hello travel and this was seriously not expected to have to deal with travel agent that know only one thing that is to cheat with customer.and not just aboutmoneytripwas hrrbl

nightmare. the worst experience i had in life time. sales person will commit lot of things. once payment is made they will never pick up call. commit lot of site seeing. most of the site seeing is not shown. made me wait on airport for pick up for one & half hours. half day gone. sales person showed pictures of three star hotels during sales talk. given some other hotel which was one & half hour away from shimla. hence could not do shimla sightseeing. cab driver refused to come to certain places

Booked a family trip to Agra, Delhi & Jaipur thru MAKE INDIA JOURNEY for 5nights and 6 days. Right from consultation before tour to the entire tour duration Mr.Pandey was excellent and services rendered are very satisfying. He is nice person who guides you and delivers what he promises.
Appreciate the driver deputed to us. Mr. Mandal. This man have a fantastic knowledge about the place and terrain and are very friendly and jovial.

It was really an awesome experience travelling with MAKE INDIA JOURNEY..... It was a remarkable Holiday spent along with family. Our tour was set very nicely. Our trip started from 20th Dec'16 till 24th Dec'16. Tour started from pickup at Delhi. We visited Shimla for two days, then Manali for three days. Then Checkout from manali and finally drop at Delhi Airport. All hotels were at its best & in good locations. Vehicles provided were very good/comfortable, drivers were very cordial. It is also worth mentioning about the incident happened during our tour. We forgot one of our mobile at Hotel. Same was informed immediately after we left the Hotel from Shimla and moved towards Manali. Once confirmed by me, immediately it was picked up from the Hotel & sent to me. I have received the mobile shortly after we reached hometown. Overall, this tour will be within our heart for long. I'wd also recommend this agency among all my contacts. Based on their very positive Hello Travel reviews, we booked a 3-day and 2-nights of Corbett tour with Make India Journey and used them to arrange our overland car transport From Delhi and booking of rooms at Corbett.
I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. Our emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
The only reason I'm giving this travel agency 5-stars is because our tour of Corbett was very good, and was fantastic.
While a nice tour, we found the driver Mr.Madan to friendly and good behaving. Mr Madan, apart from all that tourist majority places, he also took us to local restaurant to taste the local beer which was awesome.
In past we did not have good experience with Tour Company but now I am happy that I have choose this company.

When myself and my Friends decided to take a tour to Shimla Kullu & Manali, I searched in Google and finally shortlisted MAKE INDIA JOURNEY based on the positive and negative reviews of Hello Travel. We are very much satisfied by the service provided by MAKE INDIA JOURNEY and his team. Mr.Sukla ji and Anil ji was very quick and prompt in communicating and finalizing the program. Also he was very much accommodate for any changes required during the tour.

As we are Girls and do not speak the local language, we were worried about the driver and his driving styles before start of the tour. We were received by the driver Mr. Goldi at Delhi airport and he was with us for five days throughout the tour. He is an excellent driver and never goes on high speed even when there is no traffic on the road. He is very calm, well behaved. We felt very safe and comfortable during his driving.

The hotel accommodation arranged are decent and very comfortable and excellent and we enjoyed the stay and their hospitality.

Everything went so smoothly with the things they arranged: car, driver, all accommodation. They even checked in with us along our journey to ensure we had what we needed, Obviously we are pleased with the service you provided. You can continue to offer top level service, honest feedback is needed. It is with respect that I offer these points: Payment of the remaining fee. we planned to make our final payment by Visa but our driver did not have access to equipment needed. Our attempt to get a large amount of cash to pay failed and was frustrating. This was resolved quickly with a phone call to Make India Journey (thank you, Pulkit) arranging for us to pay online. Suggestion: officially offer an online payment option for the final payment. Internet is becoming more common. Fewer people travel with cash and ATMs only allow a maximum of Rs.20,000/- each day.
All the hotels that they have offered were very nice, like in Shimla is was Whistling Pine Resort, in Manali it was Hotel Snow Peak Retreat, in Dharamshala it was Shivani International, in Dharamshala it was Hotel Grace Mount, in Amritsar it was Hotel Golden Tulip. Rooms of the Hotel, food quality everything was good; we enjoyed our each night very well at each Hotel.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience in Himachal Tour conducted by MIJ. It was our first honeymoon, so we are looking for something private and beautiful to spend a few days.
In Shimla, hotel room was nice having all the facilities, view from window was also good. Food was also good. Staff were very co-operative. Enjoyed a lot in mall road.
River rafting experience in Kullu was just amazing. Really, we will remember it for lifetime.
In Manali, hotel room was ok, but view from window was just amazing. We wanted the experience of snow falling and that were fulfilled here and in snow falling we enjoyed a lot. Memory for lifetime.
In Chandigarh also hotel room was ok,here staff is not so co-operative.There was no complimentary tea or coffee, which we get in Shimla and Manali. Food was a bit ok.
One of your representative was constantly in touch with us through telephone, that was very nice. Driver was also helpful, but in Chandigarh we wanted to go to MALL for time spending, he refuses to go, reason for this unknown.
One feedback that I want to give about driver that you provided is that many of the places that was in my travel itinerary was not covered.So you can take care about this when others book a journey with you.

The Hotels at all places were good. Food was good. Sightseeing was good. The driver behavior was good. We enjoyed the trip.

We did a week long tour and were able to visit 5 cities along the way. Our driver, Mr. Bhawani Signh was absolutely magnificent. He always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He was an excellent driver and always kept us safe. We were able to visit every site we wanted to, and could rearrange what they had planned for us if we wished. It would be almost impossible to get to as many places as we saw, on your own. Very happy we decided to go with this company and I would do it again. All hotels that were arranged for us were very nice and all had breakfast included and a restaurant attached.

Everything was great.Throughout the trip there was cooperation from your side whenever required. All arrangements were up to the mark. The vehicle provided was really very comfortable. Our only concern and dislike was the driver who was very much in love with his car which is obvious but every time reminding us about don't bring dirt with your shoes was very irritating. Overall it was good experience and trip with you.

Overall it was good. The can driver Rohit was friendly and we felt safe with him. Only one issue was the hotels in Manali that was given to us. They need to work on those. We had to change rooms and even then the toilets were so dirty that we actually waited till we reached Delhi to shower! Not nice if your travelling with kids!

All the Hotels are good but the taxi driver is don't know the routs and not showing every sightseeing.And the traveling taking too much time.

Car steering wheel noise was unbearable and irritating..Hotel Akash at Rishikesh was untidy linen and smelly toilet with water leakage everywhere..hotel Maya resort at Corbett was seepage stink in rooms with no hot water

All the facilities that they promised were provided. Though the hotel were our booking was confirmed did not have vacant room, but we did not face any problem and room as good or better than that promised was offered to us in another hotel without any hassel. The staff of the hotel and services were v.good. We were fully satisfied with the services.

We have booked 8 night & 9 days Uttarakhand trip through Make My Journey (Delhi-Mussoorie-Nanital-Haridwar- Ranikhet Jim Corbett- Delhi) . Make my Journey also helped us in making return Flight booking From Pune to Delhi. Overall package provided was with reasonably very good price . Delhi's overnight stay hotel was not so good. Hotel booked was Delhi Darbar but it was changed to other hotel . Hotel Deep at Mussoorie was good but cleanliness of bed was lacking to some extent. Food quality & breakfast was good. In Nanital Hotel view point was booked. Location of the hotel was on very high height & approaching road to Hotel was very dangerous & Risky especially if you have driver from other place . Food quality & services in hotel was OK. Hotel Parvati Inn in Ranikhet & Dukes Den Resort in Jim Corbett was really good including food quality. We have booked our tour almost 3 months before with all pre-planned dates however Agent did not booked our Jim Corbett Jungle Safari of Tiger Reservoir in advance . We have to just take Jim Corbet Jungle landscape tour which was outside periphery of Tiger reservoir & no animals could see in 3 hours safari . This was greatest disappointment for us in entire tour & I consider this as big miss from Agent. Driver provided to us was very nice with good driving skill however Agent should have given detail plan of tour with all details to him which was not done & we were required to give Driver all details & tour plan. However total tour through Make India Journey was good value to money.

We have opted Make India journey as our agent overall performance was good In our itinerary one day kept for Rohtang Pass but they told us this is closed and we could not go there , We feel if you are not able to go there then it should not give any promise and Snow is the main attraction over there so every one would like to go there , we have recommended other two couple for this tour Thanks - Amit Bhilare

My Experience was very good, we were 2 pax Me and my Mom. To be honest at first i was afraid that what this trip is going to turn out cause last year we booked a package for Goa from other agency and it turned out to be a disaster and my mom was continuously used to blame me for the wrecked trip :-p . So this time i was on the tip of sword !!! it was mandatory for me to book the best package.
I booked the package around 15Dec'16 ,the people from make India journey was continuously in contact with me and they provided me with the best package.
I should start with The cab Driver Mr. Goldi who was very nice and polite plus he made very sure that we should not have any kind of problem anywhere he was fun to talk to and also he make us feel secure throughout the trip he picked us from our home and after the whole trip he dropped us safely to our home. Make India journey people were very supportive throughout the journey daily they used to call to see if we are fine and everything is going as per our wish, if i talk about the hotel which was given to us "Whistling Pine Resort", well what should i say i should frame my sentence like this 'what more can i ask for', perfect mountain greenery view (scenic beauty) , the rooms were neat and clean, hotel staff was excellent the food was healthy and delicious with variety!!
Other than that i must say if you are looking for peaceful place to stay with a great view in Shimla choose hotel Whistling Pine Resort it should be your first choice. Make India Journey thank you so much for making my trip a Trip To Remember and Cherish.

Satisfied the service of MIJ except food

I booked the shimla kullu manali trip from Make India Journey and visited for 06 days. all hotels were very nice.
the cab driver was very comfortable and also he was good and knowledgeable about destination and sightseeing.

They are really a good tour operator my trip was awesome and i enjoyed alot.

We spent good time in Shimla and in Manali even also visit Rohtang. If we talk about your service , It's very nice anc cool. Also you have done great job for arranging ticket of Toy train.

Driver is good and honest to his on responsibility. Hotel is in good location but food is average in both hotel. Services of Hotel Harmony inn is too good than Whistling Hotel because it's services is slow.

My Rajasthan trip was very good and memorable. MIJ has provided us with a very good driver. He was very friendly and guided us the best. He made sure that we didn't face any difficulty and problem. It was a five days trip, the car provided was very comfortable. The itinerary provided by driver was very good. Thanku MIJ for gifting me such a precious memory.

Manali is amongst the most beautiful places in India. Their are lots of tourist attractions there.Most famous are Rohtang and Solang Valley. During the season there are lots of games in solang as paragliding and all.One who wants to visit market can go to Mall Road. Lots of hotels and restaurants are there. It is a good shopping centre. Manali is full of all kinds of hotels and resorts. One can even stay in cottage where a person can cook by own. One comes across very nice view of waterfalls in manali.

I just wanted to say you Thanks for a Memorable Trip. Arrangements are very good, Hotel room and Service is fantastic. Travel all over though swift dzire was awesome. I definitely visit other places by your Traveller i.e. MIJ Make India Journey Thanks You So much for this beautiful and unforgettable Trip.

My entire trip was very good from pick up to the drop . Specially your Cab.driver Mr. Sarbjeet Singh was very good. Your overall package was great but the Hotel facility was very poor. Next time make sure you will improve in this above regard.

The hotels provided was good the hospitality provided was good but the price of the package was more than the other travel agent and the jeep safari provided was not up to the mark.

It's amazing but hotel licatn soo away from main market.

Nice trip, helpful, understanding management resolved many small queries guided everywhere, hotels/driver were nice .

Overall it was good experience some of the improvements.

1. Manali we got a stay in Bhavani cottage, it had good view however the room itself was congested. Not to the standard of Make INDIA Journey.

2. We had safe trip the driver was nice and supportive however he was aged person, considering his age Ghat roads and long journey is not that suggested.
